Enforce the recipients to login before signing.

I am using developer account, Below is my configuration and yet on opening the e-sign URL, the recipients are not asked to login. Basically any user with access to the URL is able to put their signature. How to configure this correctly ?

I'd like to enable Password Rules and Expiry. I was wondering what will hapen for existing users? Will they receive an e-mail to change their passwords immediately? Should they changed their password before I enable the new security requirement?

Webforms- Can my signers change their answers once they submit a webform at a later time?

I’ve created webforms for those affected by hurricane devastation. I need to be able to see once they have had their home gutted, mold remediation, electrical work completed, etc…. I can’t figure out if they can change their answers in the webform once they’ve had certain work completed? Maybe it’s a setting that I’m not seeing?I also need people to be able to upload their personal information like the deed to their home. I was going to integrate it with Google Drive but is there a way for the API to create a private folder for each family? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Adding the Day of the month to a docusign but NOT the entire date.

Some of our letters need only the day of the month and not the entire date. When I try to access the settings, it does not allow me to modify.For Example it will say On this day _____, of March 2024. But Docusign wont allow me to change the settings.

Custom folder location - site not available from list of SP sites

We have installed DocuSign for SharePoint on a site collection.  Up until recently we had a custom folder setup and working, for some reason this is no longer working.  I suspect that somebody perhaps changed a setting.  When I go into “Manage DocuSign Administration Settings” and change the option to store signed documents in a custom folder, I am presented with a list of SharePoint sites, but for some strange reason I do not see my site listed.  I’m now unable to select my site, the document library and the custom folder that we were using previously.  Has anyone encountered this issue before?  I see lots of SP sites to select but none of them are the correct site.

New user can-'t see templates

We have around 115 users, which all get templates by group ‘everyone’. Our newest user can’t see any templates. Her account was created as always. We re-created the account already. Has anyone seen this behaviour before? I checked all permissions. Any ideas welcome! Thanks in advance.

Sending Bulk Envelopes With Unique Documents to Sign

Scenario: We have to send specialized offer letters to ~200 new hires. This will be a standard template with customized fields for each hire (e.g. Name, address, etc.). We were thinking of using mail merge in office along with the data in excel to create all of the letters.Question: Can we do this directly in Docusign and create the unique envelops to be signed by each new hire. Alternatively, is there a way to bulk create envelopes and with the proper attached document for each person to save time.Goal: looking to save time by not having to manually create ~200 docusign envelops via template and fill in the fields / upload docs one by one Apologies if this has been answered before.Best,Roman

Shared access for Reactivated user?

Hi Community….hope you’re having a decent week. QQ - I’ve noticed that if had a user (lets call them User 1)….and they had shared access to user 2...if I close then reactivate User 1 - that user still has shared access to user 2?!….seems like a bug as I would have thought when you Close a user - any / all shared access is revoked by design, and would have to be set up again (post reactivation) ? This Document is now complete

I created a powerform to distribute to volunteers via a link so that I dont have to email each individual the same form. However, when I click on the link from a personal email to test the form, it says “this document is now complete” without having any of the fillable fields filled in and submitted. How can I fix this?

During signing a document, the I do not receive the SMS from the system, even-though I am sure mobile number is correct, I receive regular SMS messages from other systems on the same number, can the authentication be through e-mail instead of SMS? how to overcome this issue since I have a deadline need to sign before it

After verifying Domain, what's the best way to move forward with unmanaged Users/Accounts

Hello,As the Docusign admin for my company, I recently verified our domain to prevent unmanaged signups with our company email. However, I still have 100+ existing users who have separate, individual accounts using our domain. What is the cleanest, most efficient way to invite all these unmanaged, domain users into our main company account? Not sure if it’s ideal to close their existing account and add them into the company account as their might by company data/envelopes in their existing account. Is there a way as an admin I can transfer the company-related envelopes to the company account beforehand? Ideally, I would want the users to have as little action items to do as possible. Some guidance would be helpful. Thank you!

How to restrict/limit the file size of the attachment on a template

I am working on hosting a standard webform which requires the user to upload an attachment during the signing ceremony of the envelope.We are using power automate connectors at the back end to move these attachments to a downstream location. These connectors come with a limitation that it can only transfer files with a maximum size of 20MB. Is there any way we can limit the file size of the attachment in DocuSign level that the user can upload files up to only 20MB instead of the default 25MB limit from DocuSign. Or is there a way to validate the file size to 20MB at the template level.We prefer to have the restriction on the DocuSign level as customizing the connectors is a challenge as our organization is not flexible with it and also we’d mitigate the risk at the user input level.

Issues with DocuSign Integration in Workday Sandbox Environment

During testing of DocuSign in our Workday Sandbox environment, I’ve encountered a few issues I need help with: Email Notifications: Emails are being sent to my Outlook when both the hiring manager and candidate are viewing or signing the offer letter, which works as expected. Candidate Portal Issue: However, after the candidate signs and submits the offer letter, the completed application does not appear in the Candidate Portal. Profile Status Issue: Even after the offer letter is signed and submitted, the candidate profile in the sandbox still shows the status as "Awaiting Candidate Signature." I suspect this may be related to the fact that I used a DocuSign developer account to authenticate with the Workday Sandbox environment. I opted for the developer account to avoid impacting the production environment during testing, but I’m unsure if that’s causing these issues.Is there a known issue when using a DocuSign developer account in the Sandbox? How can we ensure the sandbox envir
