We would like to follow up if there’s a screenshot about the problem you are having so we can provide you accurate resolution.
In addition to the details above and if you did not complete your signature ceremony yet, you can simply click on your signature and two options will appear "Change" and "Clear". You can click on "Change" > exclude your signature created click on X at right > and create a new one on "+Add" option.
If you have an active account, you can also modify your signature on your eSignature "home" page.
