Prezados, Estamos utilizando a API, ainda no ambiente DEV, para download de envelopes. Vamos solicitar A implantação o ambiente de produção, mas estamos com uma dúvida. Na URL para requisição é informado o ID da conta do usuário e com isso eu consigo consultar os envelopes daquela conta, a dúvida é quando essa chave de API estiver no ambiente de produção eu poderei consultar o envelope de qualquer usuário da minha instituição ou apenas os envelopes vinculados ao meu usuário? Ressalto que tenho acesso de Admin. A URL que mencionei é:requests.get('https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/account_id/envelopes

Hello,We are calling the eSignature API to retrieve the template ID used in an envelope (/envelopes/xxx/templates). Sometimes these calls return empty responses whereas envelopes were using a template - see below example : Green OK - Red KOCan someone explain why templates are not retrieved correctly ?Thank you !

How do you create and send an envelope on behalf of another user using the REST API? 

Attached sample docx seems to be corrupted after signing and trying to open via microsoft work , the docx has been signed via eSignature APIS. 

Is it possible to use the custom fields as a placeholder inside email to fill some data dynamically. So that the creator of envelope just fills in the information in the custom field and it will be used in the email body/subject etc..

I'm curious to find out if it's feasible to achieve a specific requirement.Let's say I have a template containing 30 documents. Now, when creating an envelope via API, I'm interested in sending only selected documents for the e-signature process. I'm looking for a solution that doesn't involve creating separate templates for each of the 30 documents, as that would be cumbersome. Can I make a REST call to check the count of pending envelopes for any particular user?What I want to achieve: I have to get list of all pending envelopes for any user who is belongs to my organization or that user is a part of my account. Envelopes can be send by any senderActually, GET https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{{accountid}}/folders/ this call is returning me the folder id of my folder, but I want to check for other users folder.for example: I am the admin, and I have 5 users in the dousign, I have my account ID from which I can request folder ID by using (GET https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/accounts/{{accountid}}/folders/) method. But if I want to know the folder id details of the remaining 5 users then how can I get that details as I won't be having their accountID's.If I know their account id shall I pass their account id in request ?I have tried to pass different user account Id in request but getting below error:

I have below use case :Get users pending envelopes. I have to find all pending envelopes for any user using email Id. Any sender can sent the envelopes to user and I have to find the list of the envelopes user has pending actions.Which endpoint should use to get this information ?

I want to use the REST API to get identify the licensed users and their email addresses.  I can get the users by using the Organziation REST API or the accounts REST API. Which one is the correct one to use:/restapi/v2/accounts/<accountID>/users gives me the user in the accountwhile'/Management/v2/organizations/<OrgID>/users?account_id=<accountId> also gives me the users  Since I have to specify the account ID in both cases i don’t really see an advantage to one over the other… Thoughts?One reason i am leaning towards the /restapi/v2/accounts call is that i could also get the bilingPlan information. 

I have created one template along with document in that document added custom fields and also added recipient role as signer email and name is empty. Using that template I created one envelope added the template role using sdk method and called the request recipient view using that envelope id and view type as sign.  As a response I received the signing URL.In that URL I’m only able to view the document  there is no customs fields are visible. The user need to sign the document in the URL. 

I am creating a process that gets completed envelopes and then uploads the envelope’s documents, once uploaded I would change a custom field that I wanted to use to filter out the completed envelopes that had their documents uploaded, but since no changes can be done once the envelope is completed, I cant change that custom field value. Is there something else I can do?

I'm integrating D365 CE with the Docusign Power Automate Connector and aim to automate a sequence of actions triggered by the creation of a quote in D365 CE. Specifically, the workflow should: generate a PDF version of the quote, produce a link for signing the PDF document, and send this link via an email through Exchange rather than using Docusign's default email service. Is this process feasible?

I am new to DocuSign’s eSignature REST API. I am using postman to connect with DocuSign Rest API. I followed the step mentioned in the below link and connected with DocuSign demo account. Postman collections | DocuSignAs mentioned in the above link , I got the access token and I could able to get my using information from DocuSign but When I try to create an envelope or do any API calls with DocuSign I am getting 401 unauthorized error response. Could any one please help me to understand what I am doing wrong here. Please find below error screenshot.

Hi,I am creating an envelope with the eSignature API and this includes witnesses.  I am added signature and text tabs to the witness recipients.  The signer is adding the witness name and email when signing, and then the witness will enter their address when signing.   I want the Witness name and address to appear where the text tabs are in the document when they enter their details or sign.  However this is not working.  I’m assuming becuase I havent at any point associated the tabs with this data.  Is there are way of doing this at the point of envelope creation?  I am trying to reduce the amount of admin work done by my team before they send the envelope. Thanks 

I have scenario and I need to automate the process. Assume I have an envelope named checklist and has three signer with the signing order 1,2,3. Each time when the signer is signed I need to download the document in my local machine. For example if signer 1 is signed the document from the checklist envelop should be saved in my local as checklist_v1 and if signer 2 is signed the document from the checklist envelop should be saved in my local as checklist_v1 and so on. I tried the flow with Power automate, we can only download the document only the entire envelope is completed. In this case all 3 signer has to sign then only we can get the document. Is there option that we can get it for each signer in power automate? I am also happy to use DocuSign Signature Rest API to automate this process. Thanks,Nirmal.  

If we are creating an new envelope manually by adding documents we will enable the frequency of reminders using advanced options in DocuSign and send the envelope to the recipient. The below image shows how to enable the frequency of reminders for the envelope.Is there any way can we automate the process using power automate or DocuSign Signature Rest API call?The flow should be:Create an envelope Add the Documents Add all the recipients Enable the frequency of reminders for 7 days. Send to the recipientsNote: I don't want to create a template or use the existing template from DocuSign. For every envelope it should be new documents added. Thanks,Nirmal.
