Error GuidedFormsHtmlAllowed when using an docusign api in production account

Question

Good Afternoon,I have the following error when using an api docusign that create an HTML document in my production account: {"errorCode":"PLAN_ITEM_NOT_ENABLED","message":"A requested plan item is not enabled for this account. Plan item: GuidedFormsHtmlAllowed"}I’ve been looking for some information, and it seems that i have to activate o maybe docusign support must activate a feature in my production account.Please let me know what steps should i follow to solve this error
