My question is if I purchase extra envelopes, how long do I have to use them? Do the newly purchased unused envelopes expire when my plan renews, or is a separate time frame in which I have to use them based on the date of purchase? My plan renews next month, so I don’t want unused envelopes that won’t carry over past the automatic renewal date. I can make due with the amount I have left until my renewal if need be.

I created a template and powerform in sandbox.  The powerform was tested and works well.  When I downloaded the template and uploaded to production and created a powerform, the conditional routing is removed.  Shouldn’t this work in production?  I have the same groups in TEST and PROD

Hi there, I have a rather unusual question. I sent a document to a customer for signature an recieved a scanned PDF document with a handwritten signature besides my digital signature coming from docusign. Is it possible to upload this to the envelope, or do I definitely have to ask the customer to use the digital signing process. Best RegardsBen

Hey Community! Wondering if anyone can help ?! My organisation is considering attaching .PDF’s to our ‘Completion’ emails...so they would be made available to our recipients in a more convenient method. I have found a DocuSign article which states “For the completed PDF to be included with the completed email notification, the size cannot exceed 5MB. If the completed documents are larger than 5MB, the email provides a link to the documents on the Docusign system.”...BUT when we have tested, a document over 5mb was not attached (expected & as per the text above) - But a doc UNDER 5mb was also not attached? We were hoping the doc under 5mb would be attached as a .pdf. Has anyone encountered this issue or had experience operating the Completion email attaching the docs as .PDF’s Please? Tks in advance.

Is there a way to resend an envelope to just one person? I have a document that needs multiple signors. The rest have signed but one signor asked me to resend. If I do that will all the signors have to sign again?

Hi everyone,I’m having trouble figuring out how to use DocuSign for signing documents with a qualified signature. Before subscribing, I read several articles and watched a few videos, which convinced me that DocuSign supports qualified signatures compatible with certain government institutions (I specifically need it for INPI in France).I learned that identity verification is required for this feature. When comparing subscription plans, I didn’t see any indication that qualified signatures or identity verification were limited to certain plans, so I went ahead and purchased the basic plan.Now, I can’t find anything about qualified signatures or identity verification in my account. I’ve spent an hour clicking through the UI and rereading the online manuals, but I’m still stuck.I have no idea what steps I need to take next to enable and use a qualified signature. Can someone point me in the right direction?Thanks in advance!

When I try to upload may signed document on the INPI website, I get this message : “Votre signature n'est pas valide : La synthèse a été signée avec un certificat étranger hors UE et dont l'autorité de certification n'est pas présente parmi celles définies dans les listes de confiance eIDAS. On our lease, there is a section where customers pick/put their initials whether they’re going to self-insure or get a policy on their contents. I only want them to initial one of the two choices. How do I do that? Thank you 

One of our users (also an administrator) is leaving our firm shortly. I currently have shared access to her folders so I can see everything she’s sent out and completed items etc.  But what happens when she leaves?  I don’t want to lose all the documents she’s sent out that haven’t yet been completed (and I don’t want to loose the completed one’s either - although I know I can pdf those and save them elsewhere). Do we need to keep her account open?  If we close it, will we lose everything?  This must be regular occurance, so wondering how to deal with it. Many thanks

I received a new (revised) contract from a vendor stating that it had been renewed (without our knowledge) and signed. When I compare the original, which we do remember signing, and the new one, which we do not remember signing I noticed that the signature looks to have been copied. The original and new contracts have different “DocuSign Envelope IDs” as would be expected, but when I compare the signatures they are absolutely identical, with the same frame number and everything. Would this be evidence of tampering with the document and possibly pasting a signature from the original contract onto the new one? Is there another logical explanation that could possibly explain this?

Hello, has anyone run into this before: Getting the "Login failed" error indicated in the attached image after running the docusignRetrieveApp.exe and attempt to log in. Our IT is stating that the TSL Certificate for DocuSign is only valid for ns1.docusign.net and www.docusign.net, however DocuSign’s tools use docusign.net as an API host. Any ideas would be helpful. Is this an expired password issue or a back-end security certificate issue. 

 I am having challenges signing and reviewing a document. To compound things my wife uses the same email as me.  I am trying to review a signed document that I signed. Two of four documents went through okay to the proper source.  The other two did not. Somehow, the documents were archived in my community college email address.  The community college .edu email will not allow me to export the two documents because the documents have my social security number. Could you help me? To compound things my spouse uses the same msn.com email I use!. The two documents I need have been archived in my Germanna account: ***email removed redacted post*** I need the two documents for my Veterans Administration rating. Thank  you, 

Hi,Sorry if the question has been asked before. Looked for an answer but couldn’t find it.I usually share with my manager the documents to sign, by adding the fields that he must complete in the form. I am able to add a lot of different fields (name, signature, date, initials, company name, etc.). However, I cannot seem to find a place to request for the company stamps or adding the company’s stamp, which is sometimes required when sending having to sign a document electronically.

I need to sign an official document for the INPI here in France but I don’t get the certificated signature option when doing the whole envelope settings. How do I find it? and after that, since there’s a lot of questions around this: does the signature actually work still nowadays? I want to run a report on PowerForm usage. It would ideally list every PowerForm in the account, the last time it was used, the sender of the PowerForm, and the template used  in the PowerForm. Is this possible either by standard reporting or by API, if so, how?

Hello, I have an integration processus with Docusign to sign document which works like a charm.It is based on model.When everyone has signed the envelop, the different document are downloaded into the salesforce object as Attachment.Sometimes I need to sign some other contracts but by default it is included the 1st contract already signed.Any idea where I can change this behavior ?Thanks a lotJerome
