I send one agreement but my account went from 5 to 3 sends

I just subscribed to DocuSign with the 5 monthly sends. I just sent an agreement and my account is now showing 3 send left. I am not sure where to find the information about the agreements sent.Could you please assist me?

Once the envelope was sent the number of send left was update.
