Enterprise Account seems to disappeared?

None of the users can log in, no reset password gets sent in. No response from a support email.  What’s going on?

To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center

I had to make a personal account just to post this question, and it won’t let me create a support case.

You should be able to create a case under ‘support’ and ‘I cannot access my account or invoices’.
