I canceled my paid plan before the due date for the next yearly billing payment. I was assured that I would not be charged because I canceled before the renewal date.However, surprise! I was charged months later. What?! This is unacceptable, deceptive, and theft. I need someone to refund that money immediately please.I tried to call, but phone support is no longer available without submitting a support ticket. But you can’t submit a support ticket without a paid plan, which I don’t have anymore. I tried emailing customersupport@docusign.com but received an automated reply saying “Undelivered: This email address is for communication on open cases only.” There is no way for me to open a case!Is there anything else I can do before getting my lawyers involved and taking legal action against DocuSign for deception and theft?

I started the free trial on 12/4/24 and used all the envelopes I had, so I upgraded to a paid plan today 1/1/25 and it’s still saying I don’t have any envelopes to use… what is going on? I just paid for a plan so I would have envelopes to use. I also to open a case about this and it said I need to upgrade my plan to open a case but all paid plans should be able to open a case to my understanding. Very frustrated… Help please!

Hi! I’m hoping to set up a requirement for a document signature to unlock another document (NDA signature to unlock a .pdf). I was told this is possible in docusign but can’t get there myself and can’t find useful info in FAQ… Is this possible? 

Hello, I am looking for documents related to the purchase of my home in 2020. I have paper copies of a few of them but not the one I am looking for. None of the documents from 2020 are in my docusign currently and I have already tried adjusting the filter to show me all docs but only my current docs show up. I cannot locate the emails for them.How can I find these documents now? Thank you!

I have a lease contract between two parties. It has a bunch of text boxes the lessor must fill in. I set them up as required for the lessor and read-only for the renter. When I (the lessor) click on the link in the signing email, these text boxes are blank and not blocking. What am I missing?

My company has decided to go with the eSignature Business Pro plan.  While on the free trial, I sent myself (to my personal email), our owner and one coworker a total of 8 test emails to get an idea of how we could make Docusign work for us.  It didn’t occur to me that these might count against my 100 envelopes.  Is there any chance I can get those 8 envelopes back?  Had I known that they would count as envelopes I might have used less. I am wondering if an actual Docusign employee monitors these things to answer them and, if not, if there is a way to ask this question directly to a Docusign employee.  I see know way to reach out directly other than opening a case and requesting a phone call and I feel like this is one of those “that meeting could have been an email” scenarios.

I just subscribed to DocuSign with the 5 monthly sends. I just sent an agreement and my account is now showing 3 send left. I am not sure where to find the information about the agreements sent.Could you please assist me?

I asked Docusign support by phone (before they eliminated the phone option on 12/12/24) to cancel an unneeded seat after we ran out of envelopes and I had purchased a new seat w/additional envelopes. Support cancelled the wrong one and now I am showing that I’m out of envelopes and being charged per envelope used - meanwhile, they haven’t refunded me the amount I paid for new envelopes. So I’m leery of adding yet another seat until I hear from them. I spoke to support twice by phone via callback requests, and she did not resolve the issue and punted me to sales. Now I’ve asked for callbacks three times via the support page/case manager and only heard from sales by email (not the call I requested), and who offered to schedule a meeting via calendar link, but did NOT include the link in the email, so no way to reach them either.  I would add another seat w/envelopes - but we’re about to renew and I don’t want to be overcharged and then try to cancel a second seat and get a refund when

Hi thereWe have noticed that there are various documents  in our DMS system (NetDocuments) where the filenames contain a ‘Sent via Docusign’ logo on them when viewing the document list in their folders?How do we control these logo’s and remove them? We have standard Docusign, and I need to be able to send contracts to vendors in a review / edit only mode, but so far only have the option for people to Needs to Sign, In Person Signer, Receives a Copy, Needs to View and Specify Recipients. Do I not have the option to send for review / edit because of my plan or is there a feature I have not turned on - and cannot find - that needs to be turned on. I have searched and searched and not found an answer to this. Would love it if someone smarter than I knew the answer. 

I am a DocuSign Admin and noticed that employees are being given seats in eSignature by Docusign System and not by me.  How can I disable this feature so that only Admins can provide a seat and not DocuSign System?

I would like to set up an envelope template so that when i use bulk send i allow senders to change the senders name to sign off on the envelope.For example:  in lieu of the senders name Payroll department sent you a document to review and sign. Is this possible to do as an admin or can/should this be done on the individual senders account settings?

I can’t find documents from any range of time that I’ve signed. I cannot get a hold of the original sender to resend the fully executed document. And I can’t find it anywhere, is there a way to access it?

This is the first time I’ve composed an envelope for signing this year. I do not see an option to add text when signing? How can I add text? 

Docusign closed my account and now I have no way to contact them to open it back up, the last three people I have spoken to on the phone keep "taking notes" and assuring me that someone will call back to help me and no one does. When I call back there is no record of my previous calls and there seems to be nothing they can do. I can't open a support ticket without having an open account and nobody seems to have the authority to open my paid account back up. Rina from Websales was the last person I spoke to and she was less than helpful. How do you get ahold of somebody that can actually help you from Docusign after they have taken your money and not provided the service agreed to?

Hi there,We sent out some documents for clients to sign in the following order:1. Signatory 12. Two joint signatories3. Signatory 3 The last signatory required changes to be made in the form of a text box at the back of an Authority to Proceed, which was a mandatory field, as well as signatures and dates in several other areas. However, because of this, the signing order seems to have been mixed around, as per the attached screenshot. The first signatory appears to have signed at 3:42 PM, the third signatory appears to have signed at 3:39 PM and the joint second signatories have received a copy at 1:13 PM.In reality, all parties have signed in the desired order, based on the emails we received:1. I have stopped receiving notifications for completed/signed envelopes. I have not changed settings, nor are they in my spam folder.   Why would that be?  I’ve checked settings and the notifications are turned on, as they always have been.  Thank you!

I have a template with a section that has 16 Yes or No questions. If any of the questions are answered Yes then I need for the next section of information to then show are required test. I have used radio buttons for each yes or no question and labeled each radio to mirror the answer of Yes or No. Next step I added a test box next to each group of yes or no radio buttons and added the conditional field to each text box if Yes is selected. I added my formula for each text box and have them  added to show greater than 0. Then added my conditional field to formula box for required text boxes to show.However when I click yes the fields do not present at all. I am new to Docusign and could really use some help!

Hello, at our intitution (college) we are noticing that some emails coming from DocuSign requesting people to sign are going into quarantine (not spam or junk). Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution? Is there anything I can do in the template formatting to help prevent this? Don C.

Hello!I’m working on a DocuSign integration and have a question about envelopes that are protected by access codes. Is there a way to restrict admins from viewing these envelopes without entering the access code? Currently, admin accounts seem to have unrestricted access to all envelopes, bypassing the need for the access code. Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

How can I write back to Rosalie in sales? It closed my prior support case, and will NOT let me open a new one, and when I reply to Rosalie’s email I get an auto-reponse that the email address is invalid.The system here kinda sucks, I’m not gonna lie. One year as a client, and I’m mostly hating every time I need to ask for help. And I’m on the professional plan.:(

Hello, I am integrating delegation into the embedded signing process using the Node.js SDK. I set the parameter 'allowReassign: true' in the envelope, and in my developer account, the setting 'Allow recipients to reassign' is enabled. However, when I generate the recipient view link with the standard interface, the 'Assign to someone else' button is not visible. In contrast, the button is visible in the non-embedded flow. Are there additional configurations required to enable the reassign button in the embedded flow? What am I doing wrong in the embedded signing process? Thanks for your support.
