I am looking to input a text field for customers. I want them to be able to put in numbers with decimals, between a certain target value and 100. In this case, lets say 3. The issue i am running into, is that docusign is recognizing only the 1st digit in the sequence, and so while answers like 35, 62 and 90 are accepted, answers like 12 and 29 are not. I would like docusign to recognize double digit numbers, while still adhering to the lower end threshold.Here is the formula i currently have, any advice would be greatly appreciated. ^(?:[3-9]?\d(\.\d{1,2})?|100(\.00)?)$ 

I invalidated an envelope, because this person keeps receiving reminders from docusign, which is not needful anymore. This person still receives reminders from docusign. Why isn't this canceled? And how can I make sure docusign stops with sending these reminders? See the printscreen below, which says that the envelop is invalidated at 19 januar 2024. 

Hello theres, I have received an agreement via email, but i accidentally adopted a incorrect signature and could not change it. Every time I refresh and try to sign the agreement, it will stick with the incorrect one. Are there any way I can do to revise it on my end or I have to ask the sender to re-send a new agreement? Much appreciated!

I Downgraded my docusign account from a paid account to a free account over 6 months ago - but am still being billed monthly. Every month it tells me “downgrading to a free account after...” the last date of the month is listed - but then it automatically re-subscribes for another month.I tried to contact support, but cannot open a ticket. The chatbot is unhelpful.What can i do?

My manager and I send numerous legal documents externally for completion and signature return via DocuSign on a quarterly basis. We first draft, compose and complete the Word version templates, then upload the templates to DocuSign for usage. We tag the document custom fields properties (e.g., data source) and use bulk send (e.g., csv open file format in Excel).  After we approve the final documents and package for transmittal via DocuSign, we would like to have the ability to download and save the “incomplete and unsigned” documents (prior to sending to individuals for their completion and signatures) in our internal PC system. We are both unable to solve and complete this simple task and seeing if the DocuSign Community can assist.  Any advice and direction will be much appreciated .   .   

Hi forum.We are moving company and had our service agreement with docusign ending at the end of January.  We planned to re-subscribe in a month or two but in the meantime I decided to downgrade to “free” until we could re-subscribe at that time.Despite my having moved the plan to free a few days prior to the renewal date I was charged the full renewal amount.I noticed this, went into my account which still showed as the Freemium… no billing at all showing for these  new charges.I sent in an email to their support about it and got an email back saying “no problem, we will issue a refund for the whole amount and it may take 10 business days.”Today I noticed another pending charge for the whole subscription renewal amount, again, so I have now been charged twice for a subscription renewal that I actively did not sign up for. I sent in a message.   The same person responded, ignored my question about the second cha

Hello, My client has a Template and Power Form set up. They are asking me to set something up so that after a user completes\signs their form, they will be granted access to their website.This is what I have so far:I added some Document Custom Fields to the document which are meant to contain some Guids from the client’s system. These values can be used to identify the user.In the email that is sent to users, I included the Power Form’s url and appended these custom fields to the query string.This part worked fine - I can see that the custom values show up in the document.Then I created a Brand and set up the “Signing Completed” Destination URL. (The URL that I used is for a page on the client’s website.)I would like to add these same custom fields to the Destination URL’s query string so that when the user is redirected back to that page on the client’s website, I can use some logic to grab those values and identify the user.

I was charged $130.08 on December 18th. A request to sign a document was sent from my accountant.I have received this every year and have never been charged. I was forced to hit payment before my signature was returned. I never issue for originating  a signature. Have filed a dispute with credit card company because of difficulty contacting you.

I created multiple signatures (in different languages, actually) for different occasions, but there is no way for me to choose which one I'm gonna use. In all the documents that I was signing, my first signature was always being chosen automatically. I neither find any place I can choose which signature to use, nor find any settings about default signature to be used. Please help me.

Our company signed up for Business Pro on 2/10/25.  The Docusign description for this product lists that we can “request attachments easily from our recipients”.  Now , they are saying its an add-on and costs more.  Can anybody help us?  We would not have purchased this product if we would have known it now doesn’t include attachments.

I have searched the community and cannot find an answer to what should be a simple question. How do I enable a signer to sign on their mobile device after an envelope has been sent?I checked the settings on the envelope and find that “Mobile-Friendly Viewing with Responsive Signing” is checked to “Allow recipients to view documents more easily on mobile devices”.  This doesn’t speak at all to “signing” the document. I see no other options. It shouldn’t be this difficult. SMH 🙄 

I recently changed my Real Estate brokerage and my account was deactivated. I have a huge archive under that account. I was already a subscriber before joining this brokerage and jumped on board with their DocuSign group plan. Is there a way to reactivate that account and under my full control?

I tried changing my initials on a docusign link, it is been a nightmare and waste hours of my time, suppose to save time but, printing a doc and get it signed by in person is much easier than this

I am being told that a company sent me a document for signature back in October. Neither my husband, nor I have an email notification of a document being sent nor do I see any record of it in DocuSign.  How do I get to the bottom of this? Thanks in advance for any insight you can share. 

Is there a way for a sender to receive notifications when an envelope is about to expire?  We have several secretaries who only use DocuSign occasionally, so they may not be in the platform to see that an envelope has been tagged as ‘Expiring Soon’.   I see that notifications will go out to recipients about an envelope that is about to expire, but I don’t see anything similar for senders.  Thanks,Teri

When editing templates, I choose Template in question, right click the 3 dots on the far right and choose Edit. The 1st page comes up, Name, Description, Document Upload, etc., etc. I press Next. Here, sometimes the Template Builder window opens, sometimes it doesn’t. The times it doesn’t, it goes directly to the document itself as though I’m creating/sending an envelope. This is really driving me bananas. Any ideas?

Business Requirement:  Allow users to bulk send documents to multiple people for signature.  The email content sent to different recipients should contain their names and positions, therefore should be dynamic values.  The names and position data are included in the bulk send csv import file . So how can we ensure the email content sent to the people contains unique values based on who we send to ?   For Example, person A’s name:  David, position:  CEO,  person B’s name:  Rob, position: Manager In the email content: When send to David, the email shows as ‘Hi David, please sign the document for position ‘CEO’. When send to Rob, the email shows as ‘Hi Rob, please sign the document for position ‘Manager’ 

I have a PDF form that when sent, I don’t know if the Organisation receiving it will have 2 directors sign it OR (if only one director is around) will have 1 director sign it with a witness.The PDF form allows for that with differing signing blocks, and work well in a paper format. BUT, I’m unsure how to achieve it within DocuSign.I also have the challenge the I may well be sending the form to the Company Secretary and they would be deciding the signing approach and adding the names/email addresses.Is this possible? Conditional routing looks promising, but it doesn't look like it works with witnesses or allows for someone to specify the name/email address for those signing. 

HiThis is my first time using Docusign and would like basic information to sign my own Offer to Purchase and also get my partner to sign along with a witness.  Then I would like to send this Offer to Purchase to 4 sellers and have this as one document.  How do I do this please? 

Hi, I'd like to know if it's possible to customize reminder messages for signature requests. We need to send unique 1st, 2nd, and 3rd reminder templates to each signer. Currently, I only see a "Resend" option for documents; I’m not seeing a "Remind" option, nor any way to personalize the reminder message itself. The last relevant question posed by a user about this was 6 months ago, so I’m wondering if there have been any updates. Thank you!CG
