Hello,

I just bought a annual basic licence for e-signature, but unfortunatelly I typed the my wrong e-mail address. Is it possible change this license (wrong e-mail) for new and correct e-mail?

The wrong e-mail does not exist.

I see that you purchased a Docusign license with an incorrect email address. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Rest assured, we are here to help.

Docusign support can rectify this if the account has not yet been activated. Please open a support case to proceed with this request. The workaround for creating a case is to use the bottom part of the page and provide complete details of the issue in the Case description. This will allow you to submit a case without logging in to your account. Link: Get Support
