Document will not upload

I have a 12.5MB document to upload but each time I try it fails. The document does not appear to be corrupt. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

Please make sure that your file is not password protected. DocuSign does not support files with password security enabled.
If the file is PDF format, then the size cannot exceed 5 MB.

Ah, that would explain the cause. It’s 12.5 MB - I did think the limit was 25 MB
