Editing Document Visibility for Signers with "Allow to Edit"?

I have an Template where one recipient has "Allow to Edit" . They have no fields on the document in the template and I don't want them to be able to add fields to that document. I do want them to be able to add their own documents (hence "Allow to Edit").I would like to use document visibility to prevent them seeing the original document in the template.According to the below page: "By default, recipients assigned with a manager recipient action (specify, update, allow to edit), or a non-signing recipient action of Receives a Copy or Needs to View, see all the documents in an envelope. You can modify document visibility for each of these recipient types."I can't find where to modify it for the recipient in question and it's greyed out in the normal section when using the template.Can you tell me how to do it? Or if there is another way to prevent the editor from adding fields to the original document? That would also solve the problem.https://s

I need to create a Non-Disclosure either as a powerform or template. Once the NDA is signed I need to be able to provide a financial document and have it provided either in a link or as an attachment...but only after the signer has signed??

Does docusign have the ability to do this either as a power form or a template. This is something that will be placed on the website and provided via a link and used multiple times for different people. What do you recommend?

Hi! An envelope was "voided" and disappeared while other signatures were pending. Checked with support and was told to review envelope history...but the envelope is gone and there is nothing to click ,...any ideas?

Is it possible to edit the text of PDF that I use as template?

Contract language remains the same for all contracts I send, but each contract lists an estimate number, description of work, and estimated price--or multiples of these if the client is agreeing to multiple estimates. Is there an option to customize the PDF I've saved as the template to include that information?, or do I have to create a new PDF each time?

After signing a document, multiple signatures appear on the document, even though I already deleted the duplicate signatures prior to sending.

Is docusign down?

I have a doc that needs my final signature... when I go into to sign, it tries to open about 5/8th way then stops and doesn't open up the doc. I've cleared my cookies, caches and even tried opening in a different browser. Need help ASAP

Complete billing details

Hi,I have to send documents that contain certain information corresponding to the billing details of a company must be completed (see image)That it's not practical to do it by dragging the custom/standard fields, so Im thinking of creating templates. The problem is that the document that we send have some modifcations in the conditions, so my question is, what do you think is the easiest way to complete it?I have in mind maybe create a template just for complete billing details and once the recipients complete the main document will be redirect to this one, is it possible or what do you think?Thanks

I need to retrieve a docusign form from a log on but given timeframe it says it has been removed. I do have the security code for the document if that helps. Is it possible to retrieve a document which has been removed due to timeframe.

Feature Request: Contract Proof Reading before Signature

I am missing an essential feature in Docusign in my role as signatory of contracts: A proof reading loop with my legal department and experts when I get something to sign. If I receive a signature request I would like to "delegate" it for a proof reading to my legal - may be similar as delegating signature. Anyway this should forward the envelope to one or more email and add it to the signing process. The legal person should have the possiblity to approve it for signing and after clicking on "finish proof" should be asked for a comment. Then I would get the envelope back with the comment and would be sure, that I can sign it. Maybe it should be selectable, if such a loop is documented in certificate or notIn addition a role "proof" should be possible, which would allow the sender to define a proof reading address and then forwarding to the signatory. I can circumvent this by adding the proof reader in the signatory order and place an ok-button with some no

Hi , there is one user who has received email from DocuSign to complete the signature . but in the DocuSign cloud account, no documents are showing pending or waiting for signature. does anyone know solution?

Feature Request: Designating for Signature

The feature to send an enveope to a contact person who nominates the signatories is very useful. Anyway one has to define the roles and thus define the number of signatories, which in many cases is not known. It would be helpful to have a feature to let it up to the receiver how many signatories are put in. E.g. I would define the role CEO as signatory and send it to the assistant and he/she could add more than one person. In this case the signature field would represent the signature of the first signatory and maybe a note "+ 3 signatories" or something like this.
