Group Checkbox Autonavigation

I would like Group Checkboxes with validation to be treated as a required field for auto navigation. We use “Navigate Required Fields” because we have many optional fields in our documents. However, clicking on a check box does not then allow the signer to move forward by hitting the “next” button. It just get stuck and they need to scroll past to the next field.

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to get Auto-Navigation to work as expected with your check boxes, but I will help you correct this behavior.

It is expected from eSignature to behave in this way whenever “Navigate Required Fields” is selected, try using "Navigate Blank Required Fields." instead.

This change should allow your signer to navigate the next blank check box.

Have you setup any validation for the Group Checkboxes?

If the signer doesn't choose the designated no of checkboxes, they won't be able to proceed.

Yes, they all had validation. The problem occurs even when the user selects the correct number of checks (I use validation = exactly one).
