eSignature

I have a document that we send out to customers and ask them to enter a code that has to be at least 6 digits long. Is there are way to ensure the signer enters at least 6 numbers?

Hi thereI am having trouble solving a signing workflow challenge.  Looking for ideas on how to get around it.I have an enrollment agreement for a course templated in Docusign.  It’s an online course so people who are interested answer some application questions and then fill in and sign the enrollment agreement.  Once they do that, our admissions team gets the application and the learner signed agreement.  If all looks good, ideally our team could counter sign the agreement and then everyone would automatically receive a copy. Our challenge is that sign the learner signs first and since it is all online, we don’t know who they are.  We don’t want to add the friction of having to go through email verification - we just want them to filling the form, sign via docusign and then we countersign and everyone gets a copy.We are struggling with how to do this without the email verification step.Any thoughts welcome!

I want to give a new card to charge for the service

I have 4 tenants renting a house and the documents only have space for 2 signatures. When I add the additional signature page it only allows me to add it once and I need it for 4 documents.

Hello,It seems that the the files from DocuSign are often too large when I download them after they are signed.  I don’t see anyway to download them as a smaller file or compress them because Adobe won’t allow it if there are digital signatures. Is there a way to download from DocuSign so the file is compressed? Thanks!

Hi,We have one account, and two people signing in, we are both seeing different information regarding documents we have sent - ie: I can see I have sent 24 documents, my colleague cannot see any. Also, some of the documents sent have misinformation on them. I put minimal information on them, and some have copied emails, contact names etc from other documents.  I know they were uploaded correctly as I had to do them all individually and not in bulk as we were also having issues with that.  Each document was previewed before it was sentWe are currently on a free trial and was wondering if this could be causing some issues.Thank you

Hello,  Is there a way to turn off reminders for a specific envelope / signer? Thanks,

I'm an administrator for our Real Estate DocuSign plan and cannot figure out how to enable powerforms. Everytime I set one up and click finish it says that I have not enabled powerforms. I've looked on how to enable them in settings and cannot figure this out on my own. Help?

Hello,A co-worker of mine has been using a “free” account which I need to merge with her user profile I created under our business account. Can you help me with this?

Hi. I’m designing a form in Microsoft Word 365 using Content Controls. No Legacy Tools / ActiveX form fields are being used, just Content Controls. (It’s possible to mix them, but not a great idea.)The DOCX will go to customers - who may or may not use DocuSign - for their input and signature, and countersigned by our Legal department with DocuSign. What’s the best way to create this form so it can be signed using:Either DocuSign or an uploaded image* by the customer, and DocuSign by our Legal department?*For the uploaded image option, I’m using Word’s Picture Content Control. What Content Control type have you used to hold the DocuSign signature? Rich Text? Picture? Something else?We need flexibility in the customer case and have known behaviour in our case. Assume our Legal team has the DocuSign Word desktop app add-in installed if it makes the answer easier. Thanks!

I work in franchising and the FTC requires a “cooling off” period, in which a document has to be sent, or “disclosed,” but it cannot be signed for a certain number of days (usually 7 or 14). Is there a way docusign can send documents but not allow a signature until a certain date or number of days in the future?

Hello, We have two users with shared access and have exceeded our 200 envelopes for our billing period. I purchased an additional 100 envelopes to solve this issue. We now need to assign this seat to another user and it won’t allow me to add it to an existing user. We do not wish to add an additional user which requires an additional email address and login. Can you assign the extra seat/additional envelopes to an existing user? Thank you, Iesha.

I have had multiple signatories on a document but one has their date stamped incorrectly. They don't have a Docusign account. Why would this happen?

Good morning,I would like to configure the “initials” field so that users who must initial their contract (HR) do so in “letter” mode and by handwriting because it is not readable.example: Mr Philippe ABBE must initial each page, instead of having the initials handwritten I would like to see “PB” appear in full in the “initials” fieldThank you for your help

I have a court form that has boxes that can be checked.  When I upload the form, the appropriate boxes are checked.  When I “view” it, the appropriate boxes are still checked. After I add a recipient and the form gets ready for signature, the color of the form changes and all boxes become unchecked.  The text boxes are fine, its just the boxes are now unchecked.Help!

I need to send a voting slip out to about 70 individual shareholders to get their recorded approval (or not). They need to each sign and date their own version of the slip.I have the Business Pro subscription but the bulk send I was told would do the job for me seems to apply only to multiple signatures on the same document. We can’t do this. Every signatory has to be on a different doc.Can I do this without repeating the process 70 times ? If so how ?

I decided to pay a year in advance to use docu sign instead of e sign on our mls and still having trouble.  Don’t have any idea how to start and need a tutorial perhaps on it.Thanks.

I have a series of “Yes” “No” radio button groups. I need an explanation if any of the radio buttons are marked as “No.” It looks like I can’t have the same field be required if any of the answers are “No,” since it appears a field can only be conditioned on one action. How can I require this text field be completed if any of 7 radio button groups is answered “No”? Thanks! ETA: Basically, I need to require a text field if: Radio Group 1 = "No", OR Radio Group 2 = "No", OR ..... Radio Group 6 = "No". I can do the advanced conditioning in Web Forms, but it doesn't appear I can do it in a regular template.

We signed a docusign contract with a boat yard in August of 2023. Now they are claiming they “lost the contract” and we need to sign a new one. Can someone please tell us how we access what we signed? We now believe they had all the copies of completed go to them, we cannot find where the completed document was emailed to us, but have found where we, as the signer, are registered under their email, and the document was voided. We have the number from where it was voided.

Hi, i had the basic real estate plan that only allowed 5 envelopes to be sent a month. Once i reached that quota, i had to upgrade to continue sending docs to be signed. I upgraded to NAR real estate plan which was like $20 more but i still cant send documents, keeps telling me to upgrade. Kind of confused how envelopes work on docusign. Which plan do I neded to keep sending more envelopes? Or can i somehow re-use envelopes, or does 1 envelope mean only 1 time sent? Sorry for the confusion but not sure what plan i need since it doesnt specify under plans

I want to download all Docusign documents  for the past 12. months. The drop down menu permits previously signed documents only in the past six months. Can you help?

Hi Everyone, Can someone tell me the cost of an individual Campus Pass?  I would like to become certified in DocuSign and I want to see if my company will pay for this.

I have tried to enter a field as if it were a formula, but no, in the payment (in my case Stripe) it gives me the text, not the formula
