Hi, i had the basic real estate plan that only allowed 5 envelopes to be sent a month. Once i reached that quota, i had to upgrade to continue sending docs to be signed. I upgraded to NAR real estate plan which was like $20 more but i still cant send documents, keeps telling me to upgrade. Kind of confused how envelopes work on docusign. Which plan do I neded to keep sending more envelopes? Or can i somehow re-use envelopes, or does 1 envelope mean only 1 time sent? Sorry for the confusion but not sure what plan i need since it doesnt specify under plans

Hi @gavrislov,

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.

I am sorry to hear about the confusion with your plan’s configuration, but I will assist you in clarifying the topic.

To answer your question, the next commercial plan quota is 10 envelopes per moth.

You can also purchase more envelopes without necessarily upgrading your plan by purchasing extra “Seats”, which represent an extra membership in your subscription, and can be assigned to any user in your account. More envelopes can be bought by adding more seats to your account in Settings>Change Plan.

For more details on how to purchase extra envelopes, see:

What Is a Seat in Docusign?

To confirm if you have already reached your quota I suggest you run an account activity report, as described below:

How do I see how many envelopes my account has used?

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Thank you for using Docusign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

Best regards,
