identify payment element

Hello,
In an envelope template I have a payment item to sign and pay at the same time.

I need to be able to give the envelope template a Value  (which belongs to the record that generates the document to be signed) to be able to have traceability in my application

Could someone tell me if it is possible? I have tried to enter a field as if it were a formula, but no, in the payment (in my case Stripe) it gives me the text, not the formula

In DocuSign, you can achieve traceability by using an envelope custom field in your envelope templates.

Envelope Custom Fields: Add a envelope custom field to your envelope template. This field can hold the value from the record that generates the document.
