Voting slip for shareholders

I need to send a voting slip out to about 70 individual shareholders to get their recorded approval (or not).

They need to each sign and date their own version of the slip.

I have the Business Pro subscription but the bulk send I was told would do the job for me seems to apply only to multiple signatures on the same document.

We can’t do this. Every signatory has to be on a different doc.

Can I do this without repeating the process 70 times ? If so how ?

Just to add every time I try to add a csv for a bulk send I get the following

“The legacy version of bulk send is retired. Switch to the new enhanced version of bulk send”

I have the same issue. I had assumed this is exactly what Docusign would do right. What am I missing?

I want to confirm if the template that is being used was recently created or if it is an old template? Or are you using an envelope created from scratch?

The template was new.

I only joined Docusign recently and had this application as my immediate driver for subscription.
