Webhook Production/Test

I’ve created a “demo” app under the primary credentials in which I’ve got a new process coded and working in the test environment up until the receiving of the signed document from docusign. Today in production we receive signed documents at a handler hosted by us (the creating/sending of envelopes today is done with a SOAP integration). This new integration is using the REST approach to create/send envelopes (again working in demo). I would like to test receiving these signed documents generated by the REST approach, but haven’t been able to find how to configure or even view our current webhook. It appears from what I’ve gathered that this is done at “https://apps-d.docusign.com/admin/connect”. I believe the reason I don’t see anything here on our production login is that our integration pre-dates much of what is available today. My question is I would like to add a webhook for this demo app under our primary login, is this possible? If so, where? If not, what is the approach Docusig

failed to connect to the remote server docusign connect

I have a listener set up to consume docusign events but it is failing to connect with the lambda sending a message failed to connect to the remote server, any idea why and what could be the solution? Exception in EnvelopeIntegration.RunIntegration::: Error - Unable to connect to the remote server;

DocuSign for NetSuite then integrate file to GDrive based on dynamic folder path

I am curious if there is a way to use DocuSign for NetSuite where documents are automatically sent out and then store those files in GDrive to a dynamic folder path (which can be provided for each document)? I know I can customize the folder path in the Rule but it’s not something I can type in, it’s going to be different for each document {customername}/{templatename} kind of a thing.

API - returned envelope, optional field NOT signed confirmation

Through DocuSign Connect, can I determine if a specific optional field was not signed within one of the envelope’s documents upon completed eSignature? Is there any indicator in the returned JSON?

Installing Docusign for Dynamics 365

Hi Community, I have just taken a developer account and am trying to install Docusign in our Dynamics 365 environment, but fail to do so. As per the screenshot, it is not support in the region the environment is in and we need to contact support. This step has been extremely difficult as there is no way to reach out to the support team for installation issues. Any support we need, we need to login first as a customer or partner. I am not able to raise a support ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

UiPath : Token Expire but is not renewed : USER_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED

Hi, I’m using DocuSign in an RPA process using UiPath. After one hour of processing enveloppes, the connection is lost because of USER_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED I can’t find a way to renew my TOKEN as no explicit parameters is acessible, and no UiPath documentation talks about it. Please find below all of my settings: All my activities are from the DocuSign Package : UiPath.DocuSign.Activities. Docusign Application Scope is withing my loop (so Connection should be renewed at each iteration, using the ReFramework) Auth Type is : OAuthJwt configured with JSON file Values of the JSON OAuthJwt file i’m giving to DS_Scope : { "typ": "JWT", "alg": "RS256", "iss": "this_APP_integration_Key", "sub": "this_User_ID", "aud": "account.docusign.com", "scope": "impersonation signature", "privatekey": "this_super_long_value_on_one_line" } As well as the API_Key as “account_id” parameter in the “Create_Envelope” activity. x-docusign-signature headers not included in the eventnotification webhook request

Im using envelope level connect keys and setting the includeHMAC to true in the eventNotification object of the envelope. This works and the x-docusign-signature headers are being sent as part of the call. We are using this with a client and initially the x-docusign-signature headers were coming through. But the x-docusign-signature headers are no longer present. Ive checked with our client and the connect key still exists for that account. Is there any reason or a configuration setting that would stop the headers coming through?

OAuth token not included when I do a per-envelope callback

Hi all, I have a Connect configuration set up with OAuth 2.0 enabled. When I send an envelope request using the API, and I DO NOT include the `eventNotification` section in my envelope definition, everything works as expected - an authorization token is retrieved from my OAuth provider, and then included as a bearer token in the header of the callback request (which just goes to the URL defined in the Connect configuration). However, I would like to have per-envelope control over the callback URL. To do that, I include an `eventNotification` within the envelope definition. As part of that eventNotification, I am setting `includeOAuth` to true, and `integratorManaged` to true, as per the instructions on this page: https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/introducing-oauth-partners-docusign-connect That page specifically says: You can use this parameter for account-level and envelope-level configurations. so I think this should work. However, when the event callback is sent to my webhook

DocuSign Connect Lock Events

Hello DocuSign Connect API experts! We are using DocuSign Connect (webhooks, callbacks, event notifications) to keep our internal application updated with envelope statuses. There are many different types of events such as “Signed/Completed”, “Voided”, “Corrected,” etc. Does anyone know if there’s an event (or any way to tell) when an envelope lock expires? When an envelope is being corrected, it should be “locked” and should have “Correcting” status. If the user never saves or cancels, then that lock should eventually expire (default=15 minutes). Is there any DocuSign Connect Event Notification that can let us know when the lock has expired or that the status has changed back (away from Correcting)? Thank you!

When a document gets voided automatically due to the expiration date, does it trigger the 'Envelope Voided' event at the docusign connect?

URL to publish

Hi Folks, Just wanted to understand how to setup connect portion of DocuSign. We are going to be using connect to establish the sending portion in our Core Banking software. I am having trouble understanding the URL to publish. DocuSign states that we need a webhook to achieve this, but neither our team knows how to create one nor I. Is this something that a programmer needs to do? Do I need to create a DNS request ? Thank you so much

Configure Webhook Connection to return envelope status' on only one template

I’ve setup a template that will be used for customers to sign and return for signature by someone on our sales team. I’m automating the distribuation of this document by using Microsoft Power Automate, creating a flow with a webhook listener at the end. The webhook listener is looking for the status of the envelope to change to “completed”, then it will save the completed .pdf to our sharepoint site. I’ve configured a new configuration within Docusign Connect, for the flow. However, I don’t see a way to point this webhook to this specific template and the envelopes created from it. I’ve tested this entire build and it works, except it works too good. My issue is that there are other shared templates being used within our Docusign instance (by other processes and users) so my webhook reports back when ANY envelope status changes to “completed”, rather than just the envolopes I care about with this specific template. Is there any way to have a webhook only report back on specific envelop

Recipient-Delivered event

I’m using Docusign Envelope events: Sent Delivered Voided Declined Completed I do have a signer & a carbon-copy as well attached to the envelope. Now, the problem is Envelope-Delivered gets triggered only when all the recipients including the carbon-copy opens it. In my case, the recipient in the carbon-copy doesn’t open until unless its completed. So, I wanted to use Recipient-Delivered event such that we can get this event when any of the recipient opens it. So that I can monitor the signer’s status & can use it accordingly. So, my actual question is if the recipient in carbon-copy opens it after the signer has signed it, do we still get the delivered trigger??

How to check envelope status with API?

If I have a template that I am sending via API. My template includes two recipients to sign in parallel. I am sending an original and two reminders if document is not signed before envelope expires. How do I check the status for each envelope (recipient) that was sent? Is the status for each envelop or for each email including reminders? Thank you.

I use DocuSign in my company. How could I automatically save signed documents to somewhere all the managers can view?

I would like to save a signed document somewhere other managers can view. For example, I'd like to make sure all the signed purchase orders are saved a single location all the managers can review.
