Hello,I am trying to generate a flow in Power Automate that is triggered off when a Docusign envelope changes, however, am running into the following error code: The request failed. Response content: '{"errorCode":"USER_NOT_ACCOUNT_ADMIN","message":" User is not an account administrator."}'.After researching this, it’s my understanding that a DocuSign administrator must enable Docusign Connect before a non-administrator can use the Docusign for Power Automate connector to run a flow when an envelope status changes. I have met with the Docusign administrator for my account and we have tried to follow the instructions linked below but do not have a button for “Enable Connect” in the top righthand corner. We do have the ability to click on the “Add Configuration” button, however, upon trying to add a configuration we receive receive another error message stating that Docusign “needs permission to access resource in your organization that only an admin can grant” (s

I’m using DocuSign Connect to send a webhook to Zapier when a document is completed. When I review the output of the webhook sent to Zapier, I do not see the document field values.  My custom connect is set up using REST v2.1 data format, SIM delivery mode, and data included is the following:Custom Fields Documents Attachments Document Fields Recipients Has anyone else had this issue or know a way I can adjust my configuration so that the output includes the document field values?

Hi Team, I am using the DocuSign feature in my current application. Currently, we have two servers, DEV and QA, and I have only one developer (demo) account.What I need is, if I trigger the mail through my DEV server using the integration key, it should trigger the DEV URL in the webhook whenever an event happens for that particular envelope ID. I need the same functionality in the QA server as well, without any conflicts. If I use the same integration key for both DEV and QA with different webhook configurations in the webhook connect feature, what will happen? Also, what is the best/relevant way to approach this scenario? Regards,Adarsh

We have an application the is integrated with DocuSign via the C# SDK.We allow users of our app to sign into their own DocuSign accounts to create and send envelopes which is then facilitated by the various SDK API calls.The users can successfully create and send envelopes, however if they are signed into their own accounts Connect is not capturing any events to forward to our webhook.If we sign in and use the account that is associated with our integration to send and create envelopes Connect forwards the events to our webhook as expected.Am I missing some settings within our configuration of Connect or are you not able to capture events across accounts?Is there any solution to this instead polling for envelope / recipient status changes? 

I am writing an app to download documents after being signed to integrate into our in-house application.I am having a little trouble with “public static bool HashIsValid(string secret, string payload, string verify)”In the development environment this works without error.I create a document, sign it and via connect the json and headers are sent to webhook.siteI pick up the json and x-docusign-signature-1.  I place the HMAC from development connect as the secret, the json as the payload, and x-docusign-signature-1 as verify and my json verifies.In production I do the same, I place the HMAC from admin connect as the secret, the json as the payload, and x-docusign-signature-1 as verify, but it always fails.I have also published this application out for testing.  I change connect to use the URL of my application.  I read the HMAC for development, the json and x-docusign-signature-1 are read from what DocuSign sends.

I have an application that I am connecting to DocuSign esignature and connect. I have configured connect event to for recipient signed/completed and reassign. When a recipient signs the envelope it is working fine and sending a recipient-completed action via connect. However, when I reassign via the email sent as part of the envelope - connect sends a recipient-completed event for the initial signatory, immediately followed by a recipient-reassign event. I would expect it to only send the reassign event.  Is there a way to configure it to only send the reassign event in this scenario? Or is it possible in the recipient-completed event to tell whether the recipient actually signed or not?

We are currently leveraging DocuSign keys within Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for a KYC process. In our current setup, the email notifications accompanying envelopes sent to customers display a single "From" address corresponding to the account configured for this process.The challenge arises when we involve multiple departments in our workflows. We have developed separate processes for various stakeholders, including Sales, HR, and others. Each department would like their envelopes to display a unique "From" address specific to their role or function.Could you please confirm if it is possible to configure multiple "From" addresses for envelopes based on the process or department? If so, we would appreciate guidance on the best approach to implement this functionality.

I'm working on integrating DocuSign connect with Laserfiche I need to Provide DocuSign field names however, these fields, don't exist on my templates for the following data points: Document Name:Document Date:Document Worker:How would I provide field names to collect this data?Do these fields need to be added to each template? If so, is there an automated way to populate these fields and have them hidden? 

Hello,I am trying to implement a change in the docusign process. Our docusign is registered with a service account and all templates are created using that service account. When a user in Dynamics CE generates a docusign letter it sends out the document from the service account email address. So the receiver of the email when returns the document it goes back to the service account. This is creating a bit of confusion as we have multiple people on the team who send out documents from docusign. I tried to change the email address on the docusign user entity in MS dynamics and created the user with the same email in docusign. It send out the email from the users email address XXX-username@email.com but it is not working for all users. Thanks in advance.!

We are currently using DocuSign keys in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for a KYC process that is live and functioning well. Now, we have a new requirement to implement DocuSign for a separate employee onboarding process. I have a few questions regarding this: Since we already have a DocuSign key in the production environment for the KYC process, can we reuse the same key for the employee onboarding process? The flow for both processes is similar: Define a template in DocuSign (the templates differ for each process). Use these templates in our integration. Once an envelope is signed (by a customer or employee), the information is processed via a "Connect" configuration. For these two separate processes, can we set up two independent "Connect" configurations in DocuSign? If having two "Connect" configurations is possible, how can we ensure they do not overlap and that each configuration onl

One of my users can't upload any documents sending an envelope. Only option available is Use a Template. The user applied these steps: Logged into DocuSign Click on "Drop documents to get started or click the 'Start' button." Click "Send an envelope" On the Add document section click "Upload" The only option that appears in the dropdown is "Use a template" Typically, we would have the following options:Browse Use a template Box Dropbox Google Drive OneDriveWhat is the reason that the user is unable to see the other options?

We have a client setup Docusign Integration and suddenly they started getting error “Could not find a Docusign User entity for the current user - transaction creation failed”. I have confirmed that the user has “Docusign User” role in the system. I have also tried clicking on “Go to Docusign” to re establish the connection. I have also confirmed that the user who installed the Docusign integration is a system admin and the account has an account name. Still not able to get through this error.

Hello DocuSign community, I have an account with two apps, one for each business application in the company I work on. I also have several templates, which currently are all used in one of my apps to generate envelopes to clients to sign. Also, I have a few webhooks configured on DocuSign Connect to inform my application about events on the envelopes.Now, I want to add a few templates to be used by my second app. I would like, as well, to configure webhooks to inform my second app about envelope events. As far as I understand, if I configure a new webhook and provide an URL for my second app, it will receive events related to all envelopes, created from templates associated with the first and with the second app. Is there a way to have a more separated configuration, so I could have templates and webhooks associated with one app (and integration key) only?Thanks in advance

I’m building a contract management system using Node.js that integrates with DocuSign. When a contract is created from the frontend, an email is sent to the customer with a document to be signed. I’ve successfully set up a trigger event using DocuSign Connect, so that once the customer signs the document, DocuSign sends a payload to a specified URL (currently pointing to a test URL from WebHook.site).Now, I need to configure my Node.js application to receive this webhook payload, allowing me to process it and perform certain database updates after a successful customer signature. What’s the best way to achieve this integration?

I am in the process of building out a Connect webhook call to notify our app when a document is signed. This webhook goes through a proxy for security and resilience reasons and then on to an AWS API Gateway.the JSON payload for our Document is VERY large (38000 lines) due to lots of repeated fields with drop downs that themselves have lots of options.This has proven interesting in that one of the proxy’s scans for malware in the payload is taking 18 seconds. However, if I feed that payload through a json minifier it scans in about 1 secondI dontt have a way to test it as I cannot point the Connect config to our proxy because its not exposed to the internet and (as its a large corp) I cannot just put the proxy into a higher environment without lots of rigor.The payload I am testing with was copied from the Connect logs (UI) so I don’t fully trust that its a faithful representation of the payload formatting….so: Can someone tell me if the Connect pay

I am looking to use DocuSign Connect to update the status of processes in Salesforce and, upon completion, save the signed PDF file in Salesforce.While I've been able to update the status using the object mapping feature between DocuSign and Salesforce, I found it difficult to save the PDF file post-signature using this method.To address this, I created a custom REST API in Salesforce and made it public via Salesforce Sites, allowing for public access to the API.Initially, I considered OAuth 2.0 as a way to validate the source of the requests, which brings me to my main question: although DocuSign Connect supports the Client Credentials Grant flow of OAuth 2.0, Salesforce does not. I’ve created a “demo” app under the primary credentials in which I’ve got a new process coded and working in the test environment up until the receiving of the signed document from docusign.Today in production we receive signed documents at a handler hosted by us (the creating/sending of envelopes today is done with a SOAP integration). This new integration is using the REST approach to create/send envelopes (again working in demo). I would like to test receiving these signed documents generated by the REST approach, but haven’t been able to find how to configure or even view our current webhook. It appears from what I’ve gathered that this is done at “https://apps-d.docusign.com/admin/connect”. I believe the reason I don’t see anything here on our production login is that our integration pre-dates much of what is available today.My quest

I am curious if there is a way to use DocuSign for NetSuite where documents are automatically sent out and then store those files in GDrive to a dynamic folder path (which can be provided for each document)? I know I can customize the folder path in the Rule but it’s not something I can type in, it’s going to be different for each document {customername}/{templatename} kind of a thing. 

Through DocuSign Connect, can I determine if a specific optional field was not signed within one of the envelope’s documents upon completed eSignature? Is there any indicator in the returned JSON?

Hi Community,I have just taken a developer account and am trying to install Docusign in our Dynamics 365 environment, but fail to do so. As per the screenshot, it is not support in the region the environment is in and we need to contact support.This step has been extremely difficult as there is no way to reach out to the support team for installation issues. Any support we need, we need to login first as a customer or partner. I am not able to raise a support ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
