We have a client setup Docusign Integration and suddenly they started getting error “Could not find a Docusign User entity for the current user - transaction creation failed”. I have confirmed that the user has “Docusign User” role in the system. I have also tried clicking on “Go to Docusign” to re establish the connection. I have also confirmed that the user who installed the Docusign integration is a system admin and the account has an account name. Still not able to get through this error.
Hi Saloni,
We are sorry to hear your integration is not working.
This is not a DocuSign error message, it sounds like your 3rd party system was not able to find a Docusign configuration assigned to the current user in their system.
We would recommend contacting your 3rd party software support to get more details on the meaning of this error message form their system.
Regards
Adrian
DocuSign Developer Support
I am also running into this issue utilizing the DocuSign to Dynamics CE integration provided by DocuSign. Since this integration is a DocuSign product, I am hoping for a reply from the DocuSign team with some insight on the cause of the issue.
After performing all the possible steps on Docusign Support page, when nothing really helped, the issue finally got resolved after I asked the client to re authenticate themselves by going to the Docusign Admin Page and clicking on Account → Modify Account Configuration and re entering their credentials. Pretty strange but this resolved the issue.
