Hi there

We have noticed that there are various documents  in our DMS system (NetDocuments) where the filenames contain a ‘Sent via Docusign’ logo on them when viewing the document list in their folders?

How do we control these logo’s and remove them? I attach a screenshot of what i mean below. This was taken in NetDocuments web client.

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

It seems like the logo you are seeing is very old and we no longer use it therefore, it is doubtful that it is coming from us directly, have you tried contacting your DMS system support team?
