Sending updated document back to original sender

Is there a way the sender can see what I added to a document if I don’t press “Finish”? Even if I press “finish later”, sender can’t see it.Filled in information for the Sender, “Mount Sinai representative”,however it requires me to get the Mt Sinai Representative signature before accepting “Finish” but she cant see my changes.If I choose option “decline to sign”, or assign to someone else it says the document ill be voidedPer her request, I sent a pdf generated documentover email to her.

AutoFill Contact List

Hi, I’ve tried to search for an answer but can’t find anything which relates to what I need. I would like to be able to disable autofill of recipients (from both the personal contact list and the user list). Is this possible ? I know how to edit my contact list but I’ve had a couple of users sending documents to incorrect people as it has pre-populated a previous email address and they haven’t noticed. Any ideas anyone?

Bulk sending a shared template

Hello - can a template I created and shared with another user, be sent by that user using the bulk send option? Looking over her shoulder, I don’t see the bulk send as on option for her. Does she just need administrator permission to do this? Thanks!

witness signing option affecting envelope count?

If we activate witness signing option, does it impact  the consumption of DocuSign envelopes. The document signed by one person, then one envelope is used. Now that we have a witness and a person signing does this consume 2 envelopes ?

Web Form Capabilities-Use Case question

Hello,I have been trying to better understand using a Web form. The scenario has 3 roles: Salesperson, Customer, and Approver.Use case current state: Salesperson receives envelope and signs Customer receives envelope and signs Approver receives envelope, reviews and approves or denies. Pretty straight forward. We want to add an extra piece to the workflow that only impacts the customer.After they sign, we want the customer to be redirected to a partner website where they can enter their consent preferences.The web forms “Thank you page” has functionality to add a button with a configured URL*, which I what I have working. However, what I’m finding is the Salesperson will also be redirected to that partner site, which we don’t want or need. Is there a way to design a workflow that omits Roles 1 and 3?Also, we have been moving to use composite templates that our API will build the envelope based on what the sales order needs for documentation. Is it possible to have a webform (template)

Once a DocuSign envelope is completed, can I password protect the signed document? I need to password protect sensitive documents before emailing them to others.

I can't figure out how to password protect a completed DocuSign PDF whilst keeping the 'signed and all signatures are valid' section intact to prove it is an officially completed Docusigned document. Can this be done?

What account or permission profile settings control the availability of Recipient Privileges and Document Visibility settings?

Currently with the account I’m in has missing Recipient PrivilegesSpecifically, “Recipients must be signers to view signed documents”. There is also no Document Visibility setting either. Are there other account settings that dictate the availability of these settings? Present email eForm prior to sending Email Document Step

I’d like to have the Email Documents step in my workflow however I’d like to present the user with a prepopulated form that allows them to review the email content before the step fires. My workflow or logic looks like this: Choice → “Send Email” (option)Review email content (this is the page I’d like to present to the user) Email Documents.The Email Review page doesn’t need to include the actual documents.  I’d like it to include the Recipient, Subject, and email body. (3 different text fields)  [The subject and email body I’d like to retrieve boiler text from an eForm.]  After that information is submitted or captured by the CLM user I’d like the system to pass that into the Email Document step. My hunch is that I use the Full Page Edit form step but can’t get it to work correctly or maybe there’s a better step?Can anyone elaborate on how to use this step or suggest a better approach? Thanks.

Can't Find a Document I signed

Recently, I rented an Airbnb.  The Lessor sent me a contract via Docusign.  I know I signed and returned the document but now I cannot locate it.  I subsequently opened a Docusign account attempting to locate the document but have been unsuccessful.  I checked with the Lessor and he said that he never sent such a contract.  I checked with Airbnb and they said that they never sent a document.Can you please help me locate the document?  Thank you!

how do i remove signature put in wrong place in my document?And if I have to send a new envelope, do I have to delete the original envelope and have everyone sign again on the new envelope?

How I can customize the final email body?

Hello folks,Once the signing process is completed, all participants are receiving email notifications with a message along the lines of: I would like to inquire if there is any way to customize the contents of these emails. It appears that the notification includes the phrase "All parties have completed" and repeats the content from the last email, which does not look ideal.Could you please advise on how I can modify or remove this repetitive text?

SSO RelayState

Our organization is using DocuSign SSO.  After successful SSO users always land on https://apps.docusign.com/send/home page. We would like our users to be redirected the Drafts view instead - https://apps.docusign.com/send/documents?view=draft Usually in SAML SSO this is done via RelayState parameter but DocuSign is ignoring this parameter. Is there a way to force DocuSign to go to a different page/view after SSO?Thanks.

Wiping UAT

Hi all, We have an UAT environment that has not been used in a long time and I would like to wipe it in order to install a JSON of the current Prod environment. I have installed JSON in the past and activated the options to override any existing item in UAT, however, some folders, Form, etc. remain in there. This may cause confusion to the admins and the users. Is it possible to completely erase everything in UAT? Many thanks in advance!

Failed Access Email Notifications

We have been receiving Envelope activation failed email notifications from DocuSign for applicants who successfully completed and signed their DocuSign envelope. None of these envelopes were voided or re-sent prior to completing/successfully signing. We don’t know why these emails are being triggered by DocuSign. I confirmed with one of these members that they saw no errors when they completed their DocuSign, it finalized/completed as normal. It looks like maybe the member is trying to access the envelope or signed documents and we get this notification?

If you need to void an envelope, do you get a envelope unit added back to your usage? Is there any way that you can be issued a credit for an envelope that may need to be re-delivered for any reason?
