Why sms verification is throwing invalid number?

I’m going through identity verification and the first step is sms verification. I can find my country code which is +383 and then write my number but when I click send it shows “Invalid number” error. I checked multiple time that the number is written correctly.

Hello, i have the same problem. I’m currently trying to signing up new account with +62 number, but everytime i write the number, there is an error message “Enter a valid phone number.” I’ve tried to write numerous number but it still did’t work. I’ve tried to write the number as it is, adding prefixes like 0, 62 or +62 but all failed. Is there something i supposed to do to resolve this problem?

Can you confirm if this happens if you try to use different browsers?

If so, I recommend you create a case with support so that a new activation email can be sent to you: Open a case in the Docusign Support Center
