Hi allI am looking to implement an “Email Document” step as per https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=yks1643320936212&topicId=hpj1576610096401.html&_LANG=enusI am struggling to find much information on what happens when a bounceback or outbound delivery failure occurs (e.g. SMTP Error 550).  We managed to get some bounceback emails coming back into the system, but want to ensure we cover all failure scenarios appropriately.  Any advice on details for this appreciated! Thanks!

Hi, is it possible to send signed document to different persons? Imagine that, there are 4 person in the document,  first I have shared the document with two of them; now I would like to share same document (signed by other two) with rest two persons.

Hello,Is there a way to create shared access in bulk?  I have a group of about 125 people and they all need access to each other’s envelopes.  Doing this individually will take several days and i can’t devote that much time to it.  Is there a better way?Thanks,Teri

HelloMy wife has been sent a document to sign with e-signature.  The email was sent direct to her private email account from the company.  When she opens it, the signature has my name in it, and not hers.  She forwarded the email to me and the same thing happens when I open the document on my personal email.  The signature is automatically populated with my name.  There is a docusign reference number in the field.  How do we delete my name/signature, and add hers?Many thanks

Hi, We are new to Gen and we use DocuSign Apps Launcher v6.9 within Salesforce. After we generate the documents, how do we send them? I was under the impression that it would be seamless, we generate then we would be prompted to send. But after the documents generate we are prompted to Preview/Download and click done and get directed back to our record. I think I am missing a piece. Can someone provide any insight? Thanks!

I have set up several templates on Docusign for colleagues to use. A colleague has uploaded a document but Docusign hasn’t linked it to the template. This has been working for the past month with no issues but it not working today. Template hasn’t been changed until I went into investigate it just now. Can someone help please?

I have hundreds of signed pdfs I need to print and record for HOA.  How besides clicking every signed completed document, can I do a bulk select and download  in DocuSign.  This is maddening.   

What are some examples of someone would send with DS Email? Also, what is the benefit of using DS Email?

Trying to get Retrieve Filters to work with little success.  I have a template named 2025 Financial Products and Promotions Agreements Packet 2 (with some variation).  I have tried using Filter of Template Matches (RegEx) \(Packet 2\) and get no results despite seeing these completed documents in the web UI.     I also have a Packet 1 which I’m trying to avoid in this specific Retrieve. Any suggestions on how to best setup a filter to get these envelopes?In the Envelope Custom Fields I see this. Can I use either of these?  

Hi all, For a client who is using Salesforce we are looking at DocuSign. But they have some specific requirements and we are wondering if this is able with DocuSign. They want to start the process with DocGen. So, with the push off a button in Salesforce a template should be generated and stored in Sharepoint. Then they want to adjust the template in Sharepoint with Word. When the document is ready they want it to be sent to the right persons for singing. This process should be fully automated with a push of a button. So when they push on a button in Salesforce it will sent the document for singing directly from Sharepoint, so no screens will open where they have to verify the signees or they have to add the signing box. This will all be done automatically. The signees will be internal users and external. Is this possible with DocuSign and if yes how?   

How do I disable auto complete?  I have a field for “Player Name” and I have a field for “Parent Name”.  When someone enters the Player name in the Player name field, it auto populates in the Parent Name field also.  How do I avoid it from auto populating?

I need to send a document by SMS and I purchased this Add On.  It isn’t showing up in my settings.  I can’t get any help from customer service because I am using the free 30 trial. There is nothing in FAQ about this issue other than call Customer Service, which, you know.

Hello,I am trying to determine how to remove the optional setting for users when they sign in-person to remove the option to enter their email to receive a copy. We have looked into the Resource File and changed the "DocuSign_InPersonSuppressEmailCopy" setting to True, and this seems to have stopped the emails from being sent in these cases. However, we cannot seem to find how to remove the HTML text (see attached). We have tried changing the "DocuSign_HeaderStepGetCopy", "DocuSign_InPersonEmailDesc", and "DocuSign_InPersonEmail" in the resource file to blank without any success. Any advice or input is greatly appreciated!-Kurt Oberhausen

The user can add multiple attachments. I'm working with a scanned form in DocuSign that has four distinct sections, each corresponding to a different case. Only one section is relevant for each use, and we want to fill in only the applicable section while leaving the other sections untouched. However, the entire form needs to be completed with initials and signatures for any selected section to be considered valid.My main goals are:To ensure only the relevant section (based on the case) requires initials and signatures from the recipient. To leave the remaining sections blank if they’re not applicable. To streamline the signing process so that recipients don’t have to interact with non-relevant fields.Is there a way to configure conditional logic or recipient routing in DocuSign to make only the applicable section of the form active for each case? Or is there another approach to achieve this selective signing setup?Thank you for any guidance!

I have a workflow requirement where a small group (Team A) must prepare agreements for others on Team B to send at a time of the B Team member’s choosing. The preparers are the wizards behind the curtain, and the signers must see the envelopes originating from a B Team member. I’m familiar with custody transfer rules, but since this is a one-to-many relationship (one preparer, many possible senders) I don’t see how custody transfer rules are a possibility. These agreements are unique and won’t be using templates, so template-based rules are not an option. And the fact that the A Team member won’t know when the envelope should be sent really closes the door.So I think I’m down to two possibilities. The obvious one is Shared Access with sending rights. I know how this works but it might be too much to ask of the A Team. And B Team members might chafe at that level of access to their accounts. The option I prefer is only available to administrators: transferring ownership of the envelope.

I want to create a Web Form that redirects after completing the form to a custom URL with a query string. So, I’d like to redirect to something like: https://example.com?id={a-unique-id-from-docusign}. I’m not a developer, and I don’t have access to the API. I also am not interested in embedding web forms on my site. I’m happy to redirect to DocuSign and then redirect back with the id. Is it possible to do what I’m asking through the customer web portal? The only similar answers I see are almost all under the developer tag and provide answers that require directly interacting with the DocuSign API.
