IDNow is rejecting my wife's Philippines passport

Question

Unable to sign an urgent document because IDNow is rejecting my wife's Philippines passport (type or origin of document not accepted).. what can we do ?Thanks !A

Docusign does not conduct the verification, but you can check the Subtype here:Council of the European Union - PRADO - Search by Document Country in the Register of European ID Docs - PHL - Philippines • REPUBLIKA NG PILIPINAS • - AThe version type of your passport is currently not supported.Let us know if you need further assistance.
