I am sorry to hear that your branding logo is not being displayed as expected, but I will help you get to the bottom of the issue.
The behavior you describe tends to be related to an image that does not match the 296x76 pixels recommended dimensions for custom branding logos.
I would suggest trying with a smaller or bigger image (depending on your case), to confirm if this is the cause of the issue.
