I received a scam email about placing an order with Coinbases Global Inc. The issue is that there was such a DocuSign document created today. I want to see the document but have no desire to open it and want to report it to DocuSign, but don’t see any way of doing so.

From the ‘Review and Complete’ page, select the vertical ellipsis and select ‘Report Abuse’
Select the option that pertains to your issue
select any options that pertain to your issue
click send
