we need to migrate the envelopes and the users between 2 accounts (organisations) in the EU environment.is that possible and how we can do it?

The document was completed but the but when I open the document, there is no signature.

My document indicates "completed," and I have the certificate, but when I open it, the signature is missing. Is it possible for the person to submit it without signing? (Information removed due to Private information) How can I solve this situation? Thanks!

We receive access to DocuSign because we have a relationship with Schwab. However, I can’t seem to share my profile or templates with other users. Is this because we don’t get those features with this free version?

Changes to the appearance on our screens

The latest random change to how Docusign appears on our screen is frustratingly unhelpful. I need it to fit in a small space next to all the other apps I’m required to have open. I need to see it appear like my emails would, inbox, drafts, completed...nicely listed similar to an email outlook screen with neat sidebar and the list of docusigns to the right. I complete a DosuSign every 30 minutes. The new appearance and layout completely hinders any efficiency I need. Please ask your users before rolling out what appears to me to be an arbitrary change and without notice to users and without guidelines as to how we could modify the appearance to fit it better on a screen. Please advise how to modify the new rollout

New update: "x of y signatures complete" removed

It looks like with a recent up date this week, a feature was removed/moved from the Action Required to do list. There used to be a bit of text near the progress bar that showed how many signatures were completed and how many more had to go. My company uses “no signing order” because it expedites the visibility of documentation as well as makes it easier on the router so they don’t have to specify who goes in which order.I am the last signer. When I have many documents in my queue, I usually prioritize those that are ready for me to view; aka 4/5 or 2/3 signatures complete. The progress bar is not a useful way for me to view my queue. Is there a way to turn on this moved/removed feature?

Authentication Questions - A complaint

Is there a way to let the powers that be that they might need to dial it back a bit on the level of questions that are being asked?  I get complaints nearly every week about the questions.  There are many clients who fail because the questions are so obscure.  Today I was told by a client that every time she goes to complete a form from us, it asks her questions about her husband’s ex-wife.  It makes her incredibly uncomfortable, and seems to be a bit inappropriate.  There is no resolution to this, but maybe just pass along the message.  Thanks!

Issues DocuSigning to a Specific Brokerage

Hi there,  I am reaching out for some insight on a new issue that I have not had historically and can't figure out how to remedy.  I am a real estate transaction coordinator with a paid account working with a few separate brokerages and have had no issue all day sending and receiving docusign packets with the exception of all of my agents at Coldwell Banker. Every DocuSign packet I sent today to any  @cbrealty.com bounces back with the error below: The destination email system provided this error message:smtp; 550 Administrative prohibition - envelope blocked - https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#550 [C3Z4YddDNfOloZgZZoN3Og.usb30]" Ive cleared my cache, rebooted my PC, tried sending from my phone as well as sending to parties individually with no luck. Is this normal behavior for delayed routing?

Docusign fam, one of the users I support brought this to my attention. She sends a contract to a single recipient to sign, and then she has a number of cc recipients. Two of the cc recipients need to receive the signed contract immediately, but because the signer has 7 days to back out, only after 7 days should 3 others receive their copies. What she and I discovered experimenting with and without a delay, is that none of these things happen when the delay exists:The sender receiving the notification that the signer has viewed the document The sender receiving the notification that the signer has completed the document The signer receiving the notification that the document is complete The two cc recipients receiving their copies of the completed documentTo be clear, there are no more signing recipients after the hold, only cc recipients. As such, the above behavior makes no logical sense to me. Am I missing something?

Users Unable to Sign Agreements Under Our Domain

Hello,My organization is locked out from signing 3rd party documents after our enterprise account contract expired. When logging in to sign an agreement, they are met with a SAML SSO login error or if they attempt to create an account under our domain they get a generic error message. (Screenshots below)We have already deleted the Docusign Enterprise SAML App on the Azure side and removing the TXT record from our DNS record. This was done when we originally claimed our domain for Docusign use.After reviewing documentation, we believe our account was never closed out correctly. We never withdrew the claim to our domain, unchecked Prevent unmanaged signups, or unchecked required SSO login with our Identity provider (Azure AD). Since our account is closed out we cannot login to change these settings retroactively. Now our domain is associated with a closed out account that cannot be logged into and docusign support has only provided generic answers about disabling SSO and contacting IT.A

Two months ago, I signed a lease agreement through this software and I am a tenant. But I didn't download a copy of the contract at the time, and now I want to open the previous file, but it shows that the link has expired. I was not a registered user when signing the document. How can I obtain a copy of this contract document. Because there is a dispute with the landlord, it is not convenient to request it from the landlord.

Signature Status

With the last DocuSign update, I’m no longer able to see where my document is in the signatory process when hovering over the blue line below.  In the past, you could hover the mouse over the blue line to see who was next in line to sign.  This feature is no longer working on my end, and I have to open each document to now see the status.  Is anyone else having the same issue?

When I send a document after they have signed to my clients they are being asked for a password to open?  I can’t find where to unclick that option? This is new in the last month, I’ve used Docusign for years, anyone else experiencing this?  When I call they have no idea what i”m talking about.  HELP

Subscription issues

Ive used the free version of Docusign and very happy with how its been going. I wanted to purchase a subscription for more envelopes but for the last few days every time i try purchasing it, it states that there was a problem with the purchase and to try again later. Nothing seems to work how do i fix this?

Document retention policy topics

If the retention policy is activated today, and set for 90 days. The expectation is that on day 91, the documents in the system will be moved to the purge queue.Now based on the above process, we need DocuSign to clarify the following 2 scenario:Scenario 1:If the retention is set to activate in 90 days from today, and a user completes a signed document in day 60, does that imply that this document will be retained in DocuSign only for 30 days, or from that 60th date, the document will have 90 days retention, meaning that the retention applies based on the date each document is completed.   Scenario 2:If the retention policy is activated today, and set for 90 days (which is Aug 18th), what happens to documents entered into the system and signed after (90th date) the last retention date ( for example: 5 day after (Aug' 23rd) or 30 days after (Sep' 27th)), will these new documents be automatically sent to be purged, or the 90 days starts counting individually for the new document dependin

How to wrap signature field?
