Hi everyone,I would like a specific workflow to be triggered based on the User Group of the user initiating the workflow.The Action used to generate the agreement is shared among groups; however, we need a specific workflow to be triggered only when a user from a particular User Group initiates the Action.I have attempted to establish a Rule Step in the Workflow using the SubmittedBy variable to direct users to the appropriate workflow. However, I could not find any variable that relates to the User Group. I have included a snippet below of what I have tried to do. Although, I would prefer not to use this option, as it is not optimal to have two workflows initiated for the same Action.Is there a way to determine which workflow will be triggered based on the User Group, even before the user activates the Action? If not, what Workflow Step can be used in order to achieve this? 

How do I determine how many documents are stored in CLM? Is there a report I can run?

I’m working on creating and generating a document in Docusign CLM and sending it to Docusign eSignature along with the documents that needs to be signed. The challenge here is that the generated document should only be visible to the internal signatories and not for external signatories. I have enabled document visibility in my account. However, I’m currently manually updating the checkbox to add/remove visibility for signers. Is there a way to automate this process. I need the visibility to be automatically set to not be visible for external signers. Since the document is generated in CLM and the visibility setting is in the eSignature, how can we integrate or setup this automatically?

Is there a way in Docusign CLM to be able to put an announcement or instruction banner to all the CLM users that is visible on their CLM instance?

Hello! I’m starting to work as a workflow designer and I need a task where the user will select the folder in which they will save the contract after it has been signed by everyone. I thought of using the eForm step followed by the Copy and Move step, but how could I allow the user to select the folder without requiring them to type the path? Can I get the folder structure to show up? Thanks!

Hello Everyone!Does someone knows how to use the expression builder of Salesforce ETL Step in the CLM workflow? I am having a slight issue with using the expression builder in the document generation form field. The problem is the DocGen forms that we’ll use is dynamic that’s why we’ve tried to make use of the expression builder but it is having an error on that process. The variable that we are declaring in the expression builder is a String Variable. Can someone help me how to use the expression builder on this step properly?I will attach here an image about the step and my code on how I declared the DocGen form using C#.    

Hey all,Currently I stuck getting data from Salesforce in order to use it in a workflow. So far I can tried to use the Salesforce ETL workflow step for it. When I move an Envelope from the Inbox to a Folder that I created, the Envelope stays in the Inbox. The Envelope does show up in the folder, but why is it still in the Inbox?

Hi all,I am setting up document generation template in CLM and am running into an issue where multiple blank pages are included in document generation.My company utilizes a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) agreement format. In our document generation, the MSA is always generated, and SOW’s are generated based on user input in the intake form. Each SOW is unique, and is pulled into generation through merge fields throughout the master document. In order to number our documents correctly, we have inserted page breaks and section breaks throughout the document. So, for sake of demonstration, our template generation document has the following format:MSA[conditional select SOW 1]page break - section break[conditional select SOW 2]page break - section break[conditional select SOW 3]page break - section breaketc.The issue I am running into is when a user generates an agreement and

I was wondering if anyone else figured out how to make the assignments “Resolve Comments” to show up in TASKS in Salesforce.  We created an @task assignment by adding comments on the landing page in Document Preview and assigned it as a task.  This generates emails and shows in Tasks in DS CLM but does not show in Salesforce.  Should I be doing something differently?  Most of my users are SF users, so this would be great if it showed there too.  

Does anyone know how to shrink or hide the task panel on the left hand side of Document Preview?  Is this possible from the user’s end?  I know you can hide/shrink the comments/attributes/etc. but I can’t figure out how to shrink/hide the lefthand side of the screen.  Is this a setting or does it not exist?  

I would like to copy a Document Generation Form from our PROD environment to our UAT environment to ensure they are the same.   I see the ability to make a copy of a form, is there a way to export it to .json  like I can for a workflow? or xml? I could not find any information in the DocuSign CLM Support information.

Hi,I’m hoping someone might have come across a solution to the problem I’m trying to solve.I have a document generation form, where one of the fields is a “Custom Table”. The table consists of two columns, with a date fields in the first column and a number field in the second column.When completing the form, you can add multiple rows, so therefore the submitted “Params” XML data for this field contains a “Container” node, with a XML node for each row with a date value and a number value.Within a CLM workflow, I’m trying to map the submitted data for this field to a document attribute. If I map the “Params” XML data’s “Container” node to a variable, it just saves as a raw ‘non’ delimited list of values from all the fields in the table, which is unusable. Can I iterate over the rows in the table’s XML data and save to separate attributes? Or is there another approach?Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks,Josh

I am having difficulty figuring out how to Change the form used in my workflow.  I go to the Document Generation Configuration screen an see the below.  If I click on the link that says NDA / DNA MOU Configuration, it only shows options for the workflow and a template and few other settings, I don’t see the ability to change the Workflow to use a copy of the form such as below NDA MOU FORM_Copy. What am I missing? If I open up a form not attached, it will display This form is not being used by any configurations. Open Configurations to start using this form.,I open up configurations and am in the same spot again...     

I am trying to use the HttpClient step in CLM workflow to upload the Signed document to an external storage but it seems I am able to upload the file successfully with Postman but not able to do so via the HttpClient Step - even following exactly the same steps. It says - the file is not provided - which appears to me that the HttpClient does not support such kind of activity.  What other Options available to upload a signed document to an external website - other than using the Storage(box, google drive, etc) options or Agreement Actions ?

On our DocGen form there is a field called “Requester Address”, and its Merge Tag is <# <Content Select="//Requester_Address" Optional="true"/> #>  (“Original Merge Tag”)I want to change “Requester Address” to “Requester Full Mailing Address” to make it more clear for the user.  When I do this, the merge tag is automatically changed to <# <Content Select="//Requester_Full_Mailing_Address" Optional="true"/> #>  (“New Merge Tag”)Since we already have many Merge Template documents that use the Original Merge Tag, I do not wish to go back to all the Merge Template documents and update them to the New Merge Tag.So I’m thinking that if I just use Edit Merge Tag and change <# <Content Select="//Requester_Full_Mailing_Address" Optional="true"/> #>back to <# <Content Select="//Requester_Address" Optional="true"/> #>then this should not disrupt anything and my M
