Can a aborted workflow be resumed

One of my workflows was supposed to be under Admin queue. However, it got aborted without any user clicking on Abort option in the workflow. How can I resume the aborted workflow?

Once the workflow got “Aborted” or “Cancelled” then there is no way to resume it.
