I’m not aware of a direct integration with Docusign Web Form functionality and Docusign Insights.

Web Forms collect data in eSignature and Insights analyzes CLM data that’s pushed to Insights. However, using our newer Maestro workflow tool in eSignature, you could configure a process that pushes web form data to CLM and then analyze it from there using Insights.
