Regarding the Docusign AI extension for CLM, is it not offered in certain regions or customer groups?
Our company started using CLM in October 2024, but the “Bulk Documents & Data” button does not appear on my Admin screen.
My account is 'CLM.DS', so it seems to meet the criteria for use. Why is this feature not activated?

The “Bulk Documents & Data” feature for the DocuSign AI extension in CLM may not be automatically available in all accounts or regions, even if your account CLM .DS appears to meet the general eligibility criteria.
To enable this feature, you'll need to contact DocuSign Support directly and raise a support ticket requesting activation. They can confirm whether your organization is eligible and ensure the feature is enabled on your account.
