I’m trying to create some performance and workflow reports within DocuSign CLM, and I’d love some advice from the community on the best way to do it.

Here are a few examples of the reports I’d like to build:

1. User Productivity Report – showing the number of contracts created, finalized, and the average time per workflow step.

2. Bottlenecks by Stage – identifying where contracts spend the most time (e.g., Legal Review, Internal Approval).

3. SLA Compliance Report – comparing expected vs. actual time per stage and flagging when deadlines are missed.

4. Monthly KPI Dashboard – summarizing key indicators like total contracts, average cycle time, and overdue SLAs.

I’m curious to know:

• Which tools or dashboards within DocuSign CLM can be used to generate these kinds of insights?

• Is there a way to extract these metrics directly via reports or APIs?

• How are other teams tracking workflow performance and SLA compliance in DocuSign?
