Hi ​@sgreer - It will be a little tough to nail down the root cause in this forum but this could possibly be due to a session timeout. Perhaps, the system logged you out during the time you were working on the form so when you tried to save, it threw this error. I know this can be frustrating after working on tedious and complex requirements! For this reason, it’s a good reminder to all to save frequently, especially as you are working on Document Generation or workflow requirements. Also, try upping your session timeout to 2 hrs. You can find this in the Security settings on the Admin page. This is likely a temporary error whatever is happening so please try again and let us know your results if you have not done so already.
