Need to create Template in fillable format

Hi Team,

I have a requirement that i have a word/pdf form need to send to vendors to fill and sign. Right now i can create template and send to recipient. But every time i need to mark, text, date, checkbox fields in the form and sending.

Instead, do we have any option by default to create as template without mapping every time

Hi ​@DevarajR,If I’m following correctly, you are sending anesignature template to someone and each time, you are adding all the fields (text, checkbox, date, etc) whenever you send? The nature of esignature templates is that they are reusable so once you have created them one time, then you can reuse them over and over again without having to setup the fields anymore.
