Orange error message work item does not exist or you do not have access to it.

I have been getting this message on a document in my tasks when trying to send out for review and counterparty review. When I click on the document it says work item does not exist or you do not have access to it. Please help I do not understand why this is happening. what can I do in order for this not to happen again to other documents. Also, is there a way to fix this. Some documents have worked fine. Also, what is the difference between sending out for external review vs counter party review. Thank you

Checking for current template name in CLM

Hi, Is it possible to check the current template in a CLM template and then show language on the output document? For example, I’d like to have the following conditions in both “MSA” and “Amendment” templates. However, I’d like to show the required wording based on the current template name. If current template = “MSA” show “This is an MSA” If current template = “Amendment” show“This is an Amendment” Thanks.

Changing an attribute questions

How do I change an attribute question on the CLM “Generate Contract” intake form, which, depending on the response to the questions is routed for an approval in the workflow? Will changing just the text in this question (not changing the routing/mapping) create issues with routing through the workflow? I have tried updating the attribute question in the CLM Admin page, which does not allow me to input past a certain amount of text and also if updated in the CLM Admin section does not update the question on the initial “Generate Contract” intake form.

Public Link (Word Version Download)

My team has access to the public link and it is not set to expire until next year. When they click on the link and try to download the document in DOCX, however, it shows as blank with 0GB. The PDF version downloads without issues. Is anyone able to help me figure out how to allow the DOCX to download?

How to handle contract renewals?

Hello everyone. We’re using CLM mostly for a repository where wet signed contracts are uploaded. I’m trying to figure out what’s the best way to handle a contract expiring and either an additional term being approved, or a new contract being entered. Should we just upload a new version and changed the dates? Or should we upload the contract for the new year as an entirely different document? If its just an extension where a new contract isn’t signed, do we just update the expiration dates?

Forms field library - Conditions with contains

I have several conditions on the Forms in General Forms Library that use contains and then some text. Every time I have an update to the Form, the system wipes out the text in the rule. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a way to make it stop wiping out the information?

Hi, A file was emailed to me on outlook. The file is in a docusign format (html). I am unable to access the file unless I create an account on docusign. I have created the account but kindly assist me on how I can get full access to the documents and print it out as a complete document. Thabk you

Configuration Verification Error

Hello I'm having a problem with signatures, because mine doesn't go beyond the verification part of the settings, but all the PKI has already been added to work, but it doesn't go beyond that option.The browser cache was cleared, the browser was restored, and among other things. Would anyone have any solutions ?

Printing documents from a folder

When I try to print documents in a newly created room I get a message saying “Unable to print following documents” with everything I selected to print underneath. This is only happening with the 2 new rooms I created today, the old rooms print fine.

Retrieve Workflow and sent item from user ID

Hi Team , In our model for one of the user GlobalSalesComp@cognizant.com was deleted and now we have added them again , the issue is that GlobalSalesComp@cognizant.com had created it’s own Workflows and Envelopes in DocuSign and also had a lot of “Sent Items” too. Now as we have added the user again , the user is not able to see it’s Sent Items + Workflows + Envelopes. We want to Retrieve the DocuSign data for the user so can you please provide some assistance here. If user ID deleted from Anaplan users tab will it delete the sent items of that user from Docusign? Is there any possibility to retrieve the items? Thanks Jerin

Error when trying to open DocuSign in Salesforce

I’m getting this error message when I try to open DocuSign in Salesforce: Error: Please verify that you have been granted access to DocuSign, your account settings are correct and that you have responded to all activation emails. I’ve already gone into my user profile in Salesforce and made sure the DocuSign user ID matched the ID that was in my DocuSign account. I’m assigned the DocuSign Admin in my permission set assignments in Salesforce. This was all I had found to do for this issue and it still isn’t working, does anyone have an suggestions of other things I can try? Thank you!
