Emails Disappearing When Converted to Variables in Workflow

Hi everyone!

I’m having an issue with creating a workflow and would like to ask for your help. In the form, there are emails from some subscribers that appear correctly in my params. However, when I convert them into variables, they simply disappear. As a result, at the end of the flow, when I try to submit for signing, the fields are empty. What could be the issue?

Ohh I got it, you are doing reverse update, In the third picture just put “Counterpartysigner1” first and then put “Params” value in “New variable value”.

Attached are the screenshots. I believe I am converting the emails into variables, as I am using the "Update Variable Value" step.
