Sender Email and Logo are changing

We have setup DocuSign Integration with third party CLM Application for Signature purposes. We are facing two issues: 

  1. Email ID from which email is received for signature is different for certain of set of users. Where in DocuSign setting can we see the configuration so that we can modify it to keep the email id consistent from user experience perspective.
  2. When we receive the email, company logo has certain pixel and size but it changes after we sign the document. How do we avoid such changes.

1st question - Are you using any step in the workflow? like “Review and send for signature” 

2nd question - Are you talking about the logo in document or in the email body?

1st question - Are you using any step in the workflow? like “Review and send for signature” 

So, Workflow step is Contractual Agreement is approved in CLM (third Party) application and is send for signature to a set of people. For example, if 3 people are required to sign agreement, two users receive email from email id (example) : dse_demo@docusign.net whereas third user receives email from different email id.

2nd question - Are you talking about the logo in document or in the email body? - logo in email body.
