I’m not sure how to provide a screenshot when its not even popping up as an option for me to add my license and populate the forms. I tried to call in to get support but seems as there is no live support. I would like to set up a call with someone to help me figure this out.

Thank you for reaching back.
When you say credentials, is the screen blank? Are you using Docusign Rooms, or would this be the normal Docusign eSignature account?
Regarding getting on a call with support, you would need to create a case and select “Callback” as the preferred contact method. It will request you to login to your Docusign account, in case you are not able to, there is an option called “I can’t access my account or invoices” that should allow you to create a case without the need to login.
