Web Form Submission to Power Automate

Is there a correct way to use the DocuSign Connector for Power Automate with Web Forms to be able to ingest the form fields after a Web Form has completed its submission? Is the only way to map all of the form fields to custom envelope fields and then trigger off the signature event of the associated envelope that is created after the Web Form is signed?

Our goal is to ingest that data from the Web Form to create downstream actions like create a CRM record.

Hello, @alexkramer-bh

There is an option for completed Web Forms, download their data in .CSV format, I’m not sure that will serve for your purposes.

Also, Docusign has now Maestro workflows working well with Web Forms and Power Automate, take a look in this video:

I hope that shed some light!

Best,

Alexandre
