To confirm, did you draw your signature? If yes, the blank signature can be caused by this. The article outlines what the sender can configure to prevent this from happening moving forward. Article: Why did I get a blank signature on this document?
The good news is that your signature is still binding even though it appears empty. If you have a business requirement that the signature must be visible on the document, contact your sender to resend you a new envelope to sign. Lastly, since you adopted a blank signature, please read How do I change my signature or adopt a custom signature?
