I am trying to create a new developer account on docusign using https://www.docusign.com/developers/adlp/sandbox but after clicking on ‘Get Started’, nothing happens and the registration doesn’t progress. What are the steps to resolve this?

Try this link instead. Get Started | Docusign And go to Developer Account → Create Account.
