Anybody can help me? We purchased the service on March 28, 2025 but our account still has not been assigned the subscribed plan. we are unable to send envelopes.
Current Issue: Logged-in account shows “No envolopes remaining” when sending envelopes.
We just used 3 envolopes for 100 envolopes/month !
