How can I delegate someone to be able to access my documents when I am out of the office?It says I need an admin but we do not have one set up?

Hello, I recently set up (under document retention) that all sent envelopes be purged after 30 days. After doing so, all my company’s employees and even customer’s recieved notice that envelopes they are associated with will be purged. How can I stop these notifications from happening system wide? Is there a way I can do so as the administrator for my company’s DocuSign account?Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Many Thx.

I have over 80 documents from same template that i need to download the form data for (information provided by signee not just data on the envelope). It is currently only allowing me to download one at a time which is not ideal...any suggestions is helpful!

In my backend code  I am calling Docusign’s APIs to create envelope using template and then send it to customers for their signature. I am confused as to which plan to choose from below.eSignature eSignature real estate Developer APIShould I use Developer API ? if i choose eSignature can I not use docusigns APIs in my code? Your help would be appreciated.

When I go to Edit my Template, the Edit option doesn't allow me to add additional fields or make any changes to the fields I already placed in the template. It only allows me to replace the doc or rename but not actually going back to the template and make the needed modification. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Hello, I am an admin for Docusign for several years. We have a consultant on staff, and I thought about makeing him an Admin for just one account ( we have 5), can I restrict him to 1 account? ( for a variety of reasons).

Hi all,we are using DocuSign Retrive associated to a single user of a DocuSign Account (ID account: 541801025). We need to associate the Retrieve to an additional different user associated a different DocuSign Account (ID account: 576418719). The Organitazion of these two DS Accounts is the same.How can we manage this request?Many thanksRegards

Hello, if I add a new user and assign DS - Viewer permission to their profile, is there a way to prevent them from opening/viewing a completed envelope that contains confidential information?

What are the best ways to manage the already created External accounts (Credit card, Purchase Order etc). Though we can close the ‘free’ accounts, it is not possible to close the accounts which was purchased using Credit card/Purchase Order accounts.What is the best way to close these external accounts, especially when the employee is no longer part of the organization and it is not possible to access their e-mails.

End users are reassigning tasks to each other, and as an Admin, I can look at the workflow to see that it was reassigned. But, is there a way for non-admins to see that the task was reassigned? The activity doesn't show the reassignment.

We have two domains using the same Identity provider.  Is there a way to have the Just in time provisioning set up to add the users from domain A to a different GUID than Domain B or is that not possible.   we have separate accounts in our Org for each of these domains and want to keep the users separated until we are able to merge the domains and change all users email. 

I have bought 2 License. Of DocuSign Standard   from the website while putting in my email id i did a typing mistake of 000000000000 instead of 000000000000So I have not been receiving any activation link on correct id so can you help to resolve this or guide me whom to touch base to find a solution to this.   (Post edited due to personal information)

Is there a way to export 100+ completed docusign envelopes without manual process? I know of the box integration with docusign, but looking for a different way to retrieve these completed packets. Thanks.

We are being acquired by a larger company that has DocuSign as well and would like to move/port over our existing account and users into their organization so that it is a seem less transition for employees and customers. We currently use API and Brand features and would like to maintain all of the same settings, IDs, etc. in our own account environment under that organization. Is this possible and if so how?Are there enhanced plan features we’ll need to consider or potentially add?
