Does DocuSign have the ability to put a time limit on how long a signer has to execute their signature on the contract docs? Is it possible to close users in bulk? Currently, I can only close users one by one and it is a major hassle.

Every 6 months, I will do a clean-up and have to close users that have left the company. I have to close hundreds of users every round. So far I couldn't find any feature in DocuSign that lets me close users by bulk and I would have to search the users one by one before I could close them. This is a very tedious process. There is a feature on DocuSign that lets me update users' information by bulk but not close them. Do let me know if such a feature exists. If not, any chance that this feature can be implemented? I believe many users would greatly benefit from this addition.

Envelope transfer from one account to another.

I want to which method will work for this situation.We have a user for example uzair.h@abc .com with an account and later the user Email ID has been changed to uzair.h@xyz.com So currently we want all the envelopes to be moved from uzair.h@abc.com (old account) to uzair.h@xyz.com (new account)I checked regarding this , i think we can do custody transfer for this, right?Or if we change the email id for the account uzair.h@abc.com (old account) and rename it to uzair.h@xyz.com (new account) without moving any envelopes. will that work? https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=jux1643235969954&topicId=sdb1578456444133.html&_LANG=enusMay I know which option suits here?

Me, as administrator, I see all envelopes I’ve sent for the signature . However, if the counterparty sends the envelope directly to the signatori I can not see the envelope. Is it possible to have a list with all envelopes signed by our company?

I don't see an option to upload signature while signing a document. Only select style and draw options are visible. Earlier I used to upload signature image but now there is no such option. I didn't make any change to settings still I am facing this

As an Administrator, I am able to Close a User's account. Once this happens, how long is an individual retained within the system to allow "reactivation?" I searched the Admin Guide and found this Note: User profiles for closed users are not delet

So is the closed User Profile retained for the life of the DocuSign subscription?

Shared Access update

Are there any comms about why this has changed? My users think they're no longer able to view 'shared envelopes' but actually its how you view them thats changed and I haven't seen notes on why this change has been done. Links in other posts not working.

How to change the header of email from Sender name to the default Company Name?

Hi,When I am sending the document in the notification and header of the email it is showing my name as a Sender, but I want to change it to the default company name for all envelope templates. Do you know where I can change the [[Sender Name]] to the [[Company Name]]?It should be like this instead of my own name:[[Company Name]] via DocuSign.I also tried to change it in Email Resource but cannot find. How to get rid of DS frame around signature?

I have found topics regarding this, but something seem to have changed as I can't find option to "do not add frame" now. I've signed today 2 documents without frame on mobile app, then tried to sign 3rd one on MAC via website and this one has DS frame around signature :( This frame now shows both on MAC and mobile app. Maybe I can't get rid of frame cause of free trial version? Thanks!

How can a customer that receives a DocUsign Envelope change his signature on a guest account?

I sent a customer an envelope and he set up the wrong signature as he signed in. He says he does not have a Docusign account. It is just a guest account. Is there somewhere in the settings, he can change the signature?Thanks

Can we disable to show/download certificate of completion to specific signers who're not members of the account?

Hello! Is it possible to disable "show certificate of completion" only for specific signers? For example, is it possible to configure an envelope to meet the following two requirements? Allow Signer1 (a member of the account) and Signer2 (Not a member of the account) to show the certificate of completionNOT allow Signer3 show the certificate of completion
