Report to determine # of completed envelopes in my org account

I’m getting ready to implement a document retention policy and would like to run a report similar to the Envelope Report but only return a list of completed envelopes that have not been deleted/removed. The envelope report brings back all envelopes ever sent whether or not they still reside in the user’s account.

Anyone know if this report is possible?

I understand you are looking for a report that only includes completed envelopes that have not been redacted or deleted from the account.

 

Unfortunately, what you are looking for is not currently available, the reports tab will show all completed envelopes: Envelope Report

 

That would have to be separated using an outside application. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you, any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome.
