As the title would imply, I’m trying to manage Custody Transfer settings for my org’s account. However, the option is simply missing from eSignature settings. When I go to Features, there is no option to enable the Transfer Custody feature.

We have a Business Pro plan, which explicitly has the Custody Transfer feature listed on the feature grid.
What do I need to do to enable this feature?

Is your Docusign account linked to the email that you used to create this community user? This is for me to check the account settings at the backend.
