getting ADD-IN Error

can any one help me please

Per the DocuSign for Word guide looks like you may have a slightly older version than is supported....

If you don't see the DocuSign for Word tab in the Word ribbon, you are using an unsupported version of DocuSign for Word. You must upgrade to Word 2016 (Windows Build 16.0.6868.1000 or later, or Mac Build 15.33 or later).
