Your current color for the signees are impossible for someone who is colorblind to distinguish. You need to give users the option to change the colors for multiple signatures. I have no idea what the current colors are but they look exactly the same for me. I will have to go back to sending docs out for signature using Adobe if this color scheme stays the same.
As you know, in the UI, when someone signs a document with Sign Here tab and completes other tabs, and clicks Finish, not only is the envelope set to completed status, but overlayed tab information is merged with the unsigned rendition into a new PDF that can be downloaded. The original unsigned rendition is no longer available. However, with the Print and Sign capability, a user can download the documents to sign, and they are typically combined into a single PDF that the recipient can print out, manually signed, scan, and uploaded the new PDF, the original unsigned rendition remains in the envelope and the new document is added to the envelope. The metadata related to the unsigned rendition does not get applied to the uploaded document. The prefix Signed-on-paper is added to the document name. Often, we will add a W-9 template to the envelope if the first unsigned document is an agreement that leads to a financial payment. If you are using DocuSign Connect with the callback interface, you will notice that the envelope notification shows three documents, one for the unsigned agreement, one for the unsigned W-9 template added, and a third Signed-on-paper.The enhancement request is multi-fold:Ensure that the recipient has multiple documents to upload, one per unsigned rendition. Require that the recipient print, sign, scan and upload the signed-on-paper renditions, one per original document in the envelope. Ensure that the DocuSign application replace the unsigned rendition with the appropriate signed-on-paper rendition. Validate using OCR and image processing that the uploaded rendition has a close match to the unsigned rendition, and there is at least a comparable signature near the x,y positions of Sign Here tab placed on the unsigned rendition. Define and set a new status that if that validation fails at a reasonable quality indicator, so our applications can capture that status, and someone can review the uploaded documents. At this time there is no validation whatsoever, and there is no way to associate the uploaded and combined document to the correct unsigned rendition. Furthermore, we place W-9s and ACH forms in secure containers due to PII. The uploaded renditions will likely contain the PII.DocuSign support has stated there are legal reasons why they have not implemented this to date. I suggest either the above is implemented, they remove the capability from the platform altogether, or they ensure that customers are aware of this limitation through a disclaimer and that PII-related documents are placed in separate envelopes if they have this capability enabled in their account.
Customer gets the error message "Docusign CLM files supports only the Desktop form factor" when they try to use the CLM Files widget in the SFDC mobile version. Attached screenshotThe legacy FileIt (CLM.CM) widget was used before in the mobile version normally.

Could I please check why the sender gets notified when someone views the notification but not when they sign it? Would it be possible to have an option for the sender to receive a notification each time someone signs an envelope? It would also be helpful if the sender could receive a notification before the envelope is due to expire.
It would be helpful if an envelope was not automatically voided if a signer refuses to sign
I went to DOCUSIGN ADMIN then to Groups. When the list appears, it isn’t sorted in any way that I can tell, which makes it hard to find the group you are looking for. Is there a way to search for a group or sort the list? Also, a search field is needed so that I do not have to scroll down the list of over 380+ groups. I had put this in the community, but they suggested I enter this as an idea.Docusign Admin Groups-sorting of list is random | Community
It would be helpful if an envelope was not automatically voided once a signer refuses to sign. It would be helpful if the envelope signer was instead notified of this and provided with the chance to amend the envelope, rather than them having to re-send it as it has been voided.
CLM could better facilitate creation of a family of documents, to allow users not only to link records (already available) but also organize such in a tree-like or other easy to follow fashion. Users should be able to easily understand how all “parents” and “children” records are related. Perhaps different colors or other graphical options could be used to distinguish amendments from task orders, etc. Also, an option to update certain attributes of the parent record (e.g. the contract end date when an amendment is being filed extending it) would be helpful. If so, the data in the parent record would need to reflect that it was changed by a “child” record. Reporting such relationships would be useful also. Example: viewing a Master Agreement, users would benefit from having tabs listing all its task orders and, separately, amendments. This should carry to the lower level, so viewing a task order, users should also see a tab listing any of its amendments/change orders. For reference, think of the Salesforce layout where you can surface data under tabs/separate windows.
Much like LWC for Salesforce, allow the functionality to inject custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into the Document Preview page such that it can be extended for customer use cases where they seek additional functionality that DocuSign does not natively support. For example, it would be transformative to permit HTML5 tagging, CSS, and JavaScript to appear in the instructions portion of human steps to create a better experience for the user with help text and data from internal and external APIs to show information in real time in the document preview for a one stop shop. The UI/UX of the document preview is so locked down and the instructions property only supports HTML 2.0 tagging at best that the ability for a user to distinguish where they are in the workflow along with other relevant data that could aid in their human decision making is not available to help.Greater customization can help users find their way more efficiently and effectively. Using the Shadow DOM like the LWC approach would eliminate collisions in the DOM that could impact the stock DocuSign look and feel.True ideal state would be to allow full customization of the page layout.Just an idea.
I have attached the email that was received when I sent something for external review. I have looked at the resources files to see if I can change any of this text because I don’t want all of this in the email, so I need to modify it. I was told that I could not modify the resource file for this. We need a way to be able to modify all aspects of this email. I may only want the reviewer to review it online.
I recently had a DocuSign Connect fail for almost two months, but didn’t get an email notification until it reached “Active - Pending Deactivation” state, at which point it sent an email to say “Administrator Notification: Docusign Connect Configurations Pending Deactivation”. However, it didn’t send anything ahead of time to let me know it was in process of failing. Some digest email to warn me ahead of time would be very helpful.
