Bring back version numbers to the Document Reviewer interface.

Currently, there is no way to see the version number of when previewing past versions of a document.

This is an annoying shortcoming when viewing older versions of the document.

E.g. This is my preview of V2.0 of a test document (redlines shown)
 

And this is a preview of version 1 of that document:
 

All we get is that the document is out of date.

Perhaps there should be a version number in the green box area?

BONUS POINTS:
When downloading a previous version of a document - the version number should be added to the filename.
This would make offline comparison of versions in other tools more easy and assist when needing to roll back versions during negotiation.
