Docusign CLM Files not avaliable in via Salesforce app.

Customer gets the error message "Docusign CLM files supports only the Desktop form factor" when they try to use the CLM Files widget in the SFDC mobile version. Attached screenshot
The legacy FileIt (CLM.CM) widget was used before in the mobile version normally.
