Hi everyone! We’ve heard your questions about the status of submitted ideas in the Ideas forum.

Internally, the Docusign team is actively reviewing your feedback and working on a consistent response process. We promise we are listening and sharing this feedback with the right people.

While we don’t have an exact timeline for status updates just yet, we’ll share an update as soon as we can.

Looking through the list of ideas - it’s been over a year and I didn’t see anything other than “Idea Submitted” and “Duplicate”. Have any ideas moved on to a review/implementation phase?

It’s definitely disheartening when every idea stays in “Submitted” or “Duplicate” for so long. Just last week a colleague drafted an idea, saw the status, and decided it wasn’t even worth submitting.

That said, I still encourage everyone to post their ideas. The Ideas forum is the direct channel to product teams, and silence now doesn’t mean “no” forever. Five months ago I email Larry and he even looped in Johanna Miller, who wrote:

“Apologies if it feels like your words are going nowhere. We know we have a long way to go to get this right, and will have some improvements coming to the Ideas experience in the coming months. Thank you for trusting us to get this right…”

It’s been five more months since then—with nothing yet in a review or implementation phase—but I’m hopeful we’ll see real progress soon.

@mr1 and @Hengfeng Ge Totally hear you and you’re right, it’s been quiet on the Ideas front. Just wanted to say it is moving forward internally, and we’re excited about what’s coming. In the meantime, please keep the idea submissions coming.

It's been too long since we entered our ideas with no response. Also, the status hasn’t changed to in review or any other state except duplicate. Feels like putting them in is not having any notice.

Is there any update on this @leah.breen ?? Literally just had this issue where a box was assigned to the wrong signer because the colors are so difficult to discern and Google lead me to this page and seems like these complaints have been pending for a year. We should at least have an option to override the standard colors for the tags or a setting we can customize on our end “tag colors” I would end up using our brand colors.
